Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note the hotel lobby and restaurant are closed for refurbishment until further notice.
Check in will only be allowed for fully vaccinated individuals within Klang Valley and vaccination proof is required upon arrival. During this time, we will continue to adhere to regulations imposed by the local government .Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Overall, it's a great hotel that could truly shine with just a little bit of improvement.
Pros:

The hotel truly lives up to its 5-star rating. The reception area is stunning, the restaurant exudes class, and the tea area feels incredibly luxurious. The corridors are fully carpeted, at least on the floor I’m staying on. I haven’t had a chance to visit the pool, but I imagine it’s fantastic as well.

Cons:

The room, although spacious, doesn’t seem to reflect the elegance of the exterior. It feels outdated in terms of decoration and facilities, with things like an old shower and an old water heater for drinking. There’s also not much in the way of complimentary items in the fridge, unlike what you’d usually expect in a 5-star hotel.

Pros:

Room was fine and really nice. Breakfast should be added as compliment as a 5 star hotel. Furnitures are good but need to be refurbished as soon as possible.
