From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note the hotel lobby and restaurant are closed for refurbishment until further notice.

The room is spacious, the bed and pillows are comfy. The water pressure is good too. The food is really good, both for breakfast buffet and the lunch served during our event. I am impressed on how they serve the salad fresh with the root. You have to snip the leaf onto your plate. what a way to reduce wastage.
The soundproofing in the room can be better. Imagine coming back from mosque tired from the Kursus Perdana Haji and has to sleep with mat rempit sound from midnight till 4am. There was some sort of rempit race on the night. There is also noise coming from the crowd gathering at the field next to the hotel. The soundproof is worse at the living hall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service. One of the standout features was the food — every meal was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, with a variety of options to suit different tastes.
The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay feel even more relaxing and comfortable.
Staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent food, high standards of cleanliness, and outstanding customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

I like the breakfast. Many varities of food. Sure will come again next time.
The room looks old but very comfortable and clean.
Lamp in bed rooms was loose and wires was exposed.
Safety concern for me, need to have the technician in the room and try to fix it, tripped the power while my kids were in the bed room. This should be checked before giving us the room. Disappointing. Probably is the technician's saying but he mentioned all rooms lamp are not secured. So do check that when you check in.
