Good location
The shower did not work, the bathroom wasn’t very clean and there was sharp carpet trim nails sticking up which cut into my bare foot
It was in an easy to find location
The only problem we had was if you wanted to use the kettle you had to unplug the tv but not major
Location
The room smelt of damp. The shower didnt work. The bathroom was dirty.
Paid for breakfast and got bread to put in the toaster which was stale and had. Meat was curling up at the ends. Water to make tea was cold. So breakfast was not worth the money.
You have to pay £100 deposit and they say will refund once the room has been cleaned after check out. I'm still waiting for my refund .
I would not stay here again
Central location
Road noise and no curtains just blinds
Train station straight across the road,The Piece Hall near enough on the doorstep, shops just up the road. Brilliant location.
Location is great
Tiny Cell like room .. absolutely terrible breakfast.
Not worth what I paid
Certain staff went beyond to make you feel wellcome. Other staff were pleasant . Another member of staff seemed to overcharge me on bar drink and the addition of breakfast which muddies my whiole experience of this hotel
Breakfast was ok, however much worse than a premier inn breakfast but better than travelodge
Location was good close to piece hall and short walk into town
Was expecting cooked breakfast as per booking .com site what I got was a very sub standard continental breakfast with very little choice.Staff told me they hadn’t done cooked breakfast for nine months.Ended up going out for breakfast as so poor also rooms very dated and not clean.Had to move rooms tv in first room broken.Bed not very comfortable either could here noise from springs. Also very loud noise regularly in room from some kind of boiler or generator
Good location for what we needed, handy car park too
Breakfast could have been better advertised no menu to look at to decide if we wanted to have breakfast at the hotel
