B&B HOTEL Calais Terminal Cité de l'Europe 3 étoiles

We have stayed at B&B3 twice now but on our most recent visit my wife mistakenly left an expensive ring in the hotel room. We managed to contact the front desk (I think it was Arnaud) who whilst still on the phone went up to our room and found the ring. The hotel manager Michael Phillippe stored the ring safely, contacted Peekin and ensured its safe journey back to the UK. 43 days later and my wife was reunited with her ring - Thanks to the very honest & very professional team. The hotel is brilliant in every way. We will be back in April to Thankyou personally.

Excellent location and good value for money. Staff very helpful. Police presence can be intrusive but at the same time makes you feel safe.

Clean rooms and the staff are very friendly

GOOD BREAKFAST, BUTVERY BUSY IN THE MORNING,

The room was clean. It was in fact a disabled person's room ie wet room with large sliding door but it was very comfortable.

Returned here this year at the end of the holiday because the hotel us so clean, the staff are so attentive and the breakfast is great

What was a pity there was no soap in bathroom
Shaving mirror Broken & glass on side next to it so room hadn’t been checked after cleaning
Tv settings - was not set up to watch - ( my hubby’s field is his job ) so was able to resolve .

Once brought to staffs attention , soap given , noted that we had not broken shaving mirror , as was that way when entering the room & reported to front desk .

Great hotel located close to euro tunnel and over the road from Lidl and shopping centre and restaurants . Short walk down road to designer outlets . Nice comfortable hotel friendly staff and good value for money . Stay here on way to and way back from Spain in car

Brilliant service - great place for easy access to Le Shuttle

Great value for money hotel - we were in the 3 star - perfect for an early Le Shuttle train home. Second time staying here and just as goid as before

We’ve stayed at this hotel before but in the 4 building. Didn’t realise the numbers came from the number of stars, but booked no 3 this time. You can see the difference in the rooms and they did feel a bit more basic but only marginally so. The beds were still very comfy and plenty of space in the room. It was all very clean too. We ate in the restaurant too and thought the food was excellent value for money and delicious. Even though it’s a small menu, there was something for everyone. The staff working at the hotel are also super friendly and helpful. These hotels (both 3 and 4) will be where we always stay when we use the channel tunnel in the future. Literally takes minutes to get to or from the tunnel. Massive shopping centre over the road too which you can walk to.

Booked this very last minute as the hotel we’d booked was awful, so we paid a crazy rate for it (not sure of normal price to say if hotels is value for money)

Nice hotel, made up of several blocks. Staff very welcoming and helpful, speak English if you need them to.

Car park was large and secure (even more so with so many national Police present who are using the hotel for operations for channel crossings). Space for motorhomes.

Rooms were neat, beds comfy, shower good and Nespresso coffee machine. Hotel was quiet.

Walkable to city Europe and food places such as McDonalds.

Wouldn’t book breakfast again (€11 for adults and €5 for kids) as it was rather basic, would get something elsewhere next time.

Would definitely use the hotel again if we’re travelling back via tunnel / Calais ferries.

Arrived late, the hotel was easy to find. We were worried reading other reviews before hand as there's different hotels in one but it was very clearly marked with a 3 on. Check in was easy, member of staff was nice and pleasant. Room was clean and big enough for one night's stay. Would recommend.

Friendly clean helpful brilliant food room is excellent bed is fit for a king stop here everytime I travel to Europe
