I recommend it 1000%. The whole experience was very good. The place was very clean, the atmosphere is familiar, it has many activities, but the service and customer service is excellent. I would return every time I think about going to Kissimmee. I celebrated my wedding anniversary and it was super special, thank you.

*** this is a SCAN*** I booked this place to stay on Feb 18th to Feb 21st, 2024. When we arrived the place isn’t open to check in I tried to call or email but no answer, hotel.com wasn’t able to help me either so becareful this is a SCAN, they don’t want to refund my money

Hotel.com should not list this hotel on their site. The picture of the lake is very deceptive. Hotel is really a dirty and stinky motel. Room smells, bedsheets are dirty, paint is terrible, dusty and nasty looking. I checked in and checked right back out. Didn’t bother to fight for a refund.
Hotel.com you can read this and provide a credit and stop recommending places that are unacceptable for renting.

Very clean place and a few minutes away from Disney world. Very quiet and very close to Waffle House. Will stay here again when I come back to Disney.

Under renovation dangerous conditions they turned the water off in the middle of my shower. Said there was an emergency so had to shut the water off after they told me nobody was there. Everyone had checked out. Guess that's why no one came to let us know they were shutting the water off. Common courtesy. Asked for a refund was told take it up with expedia.

I didn't get to stay at the hotel that I booked thru hotel .com . In fact the hotel didn't have a reservation. For me at all. The hotel said they do not use hotel.com to book their rooms . So I had to sleep in a friend's car last night instead of the room that I booked thru you guys. I want a full refund or else I will be letting the world know that your company is fraudulent . This was a scam and I want my money back asap.. please and thank u . Y'all need to stop the transaction from going thru my bank... My lawyer has all the emails and confirmations to proceed with sueing y'all if I do not receive my money back thank you

The person at the desktop was nice, but the place was terrible, disgusting, stinky, they had odor threes on the a/c God knows what people do in there, and there was a strong smell of marihuana, we felt horrible insecure, and ran out to find another hotel, price was not worth at all!!! I feel stolen.
