The location couldn’t be more perfect, right on the beach, with great snorkeling. The staff were lovely. Really enjoyed fresh air, ocean breezes and the sound of the waves over air conditioning!

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was quiet, calm, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beach was warm and the waves were also nice to swim in. The location was perfect as there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

I could watch the sunset from my balcony . I could hear the ocean waves from my room. Convenient general store attached to the building. Easy parking. Resort vibes.

Our unit was located on the 6th floor. The large sliding glass doors opened onto the large deck and provided an unobstructed view of the beach. The table and chairs on the deck were a great place to enjoy our morning cup of coffer and our evening meals. Thekitchen contained a sufficient amount of cups/glasses, plates and cutlery. The only negative was the lack of condiments. Salt and pepper were the only spices provided.

The property was very clean. The pool area was cleaned everyday. Chaise lounges were available for use on the large lawn between the pool and beach. We especially enjoyed walking along the large beach adjacent to the property.

Great location the place is beautiful and right on the beach. It is also close(about 8 minutes driving) to lots of restaurants and shops.

We just returned from an absolutely delightful 4 day getaway at Mana Kai Mau in Kihei, Maui, and it exceeded every expectation! My husband and I arrived last Wednesday evening and immediately felt the stress of travel melt away as we stepped into our room with its stunning, unobstructed ocean view. The sound of the waves lapping at the shore was the perfect lullaby each night—pure bliss!
What stood out most was how clean and organized everything was. From the clean linens and immaculate kitchen to the pristine balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee, it felt like a true sanctuary. The hotel’s location is spot-on for local convenience to charming Kihei shops, fresh poke spots, and those iconic roadside shave ice stands. Everything felt accessible and authentic to island life.
The peaceful atmosphere was unmatched. Tucked away from the main hustle, yet right by the water, it offered that rare combo of serenity and beauty. We enjoyed watching sunsets from our room, completely recharged.

Great beach, convenient store with 808, excellent location

The hardest decision I had to make every day was either beach or pool. Location is the southern part of Kihei, which is a 3 min drive to Wailea. It was nice to be in between the town of Kihei and Wailea. There was construction but I was completely unbothered and honestly never noticed it. I was up every day at 7 am naturally.. not by any renovation noise or external disturbances. Staff was very friendly and I enjoyed seeing them every day. They really do upkeep the place throughout the day. We will definitely be back!

The staff were super friendly. The property is older, but they have been updating the property. Our room was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable for a 4-7 day stay. Few parts of the room is dated. But overall, the room is modern. The location was perfect for our stay. About 10-20 people watch the sunset every night on the property. Access to the beach is perfect. A general store is on the property. That was super convenient. Easy and close parking. Part of the parking lot is next to the ocean. I will definitely stay again.

It is on the beach which every property is on the beach. Beautiful beach. The issue is when we read about the property it said they had a restaurant on site. The prepackaged over priced small portion food is not a restaurant. We did not get a rental car because it should of had food. The money spent on Ubers could of paid for a rental. They open at 8AM so don't think you can have a cup of coffee with the sunrise. the bathroom code changes everyday so when you are at the pool in the early morning you have to go back to your room. This was not an enjoyable trip, not close to our expectations of Hawaii. Mattress was dished so you always rolled into the middle. Property is average. Just too many things added up to won't be back or recommend this place to anyone.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The layout was terrific. We faced the ocean and it was a delight to sit on our lanai. Rick helped us into our kayak; it was great to not have to schlep it anywhere. Good that there was a General Store. We had a kitchenette, which allowed us to eat our fabulous leftovers. We could get a clean beach towel at any time. We had a terrific experience. We loved being on the 2nd floor. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.

The location of the hotel was perfect close to everything to cheap eats to fancier restaurants

staff was quiet not that we needed attention but you can definitely tell staff are annoyed with tourists they were nice but you can just tell 😂 they are still doing repairs around the hotel. I didn’t really hear any noise we stayed on the 8th floor.
-we booked our excursion on the site with Tracey she was very friendly! Gave us some good tips to see turtles and we able 68 of them!
Front desk staff were kind! I didn’t get any names but Check in was easy, the pool was fine we didn’t use it, the only cons were there are no free umbrellas for the beach was was odd since it is a beach front property but you can rent them on site. There is lots shade within the palm trees
Our room was clean, the layout of our room was a bit weird there was a big lazy chair right in the middle between the corner of the bed and by the windows and couldn’t move the big chair anywhere since it was a small room and made it hard to get out and I ended up hurting myself right in the ankle while trying to get out it’s all swollen now 🥹
The bath tub fixtures need repairs they were hanging on by a thread 😂 and there is AC! Ot was a tiny room but it was great for just two people we were hardly in our room since we wanted to be out. overal out trip was fine! Grateful we got to relax. I hope to be back to stay in another room ❤️
