Room was a nice size and comfortable!
The Staff are absolutely welcoming, helpful , and kind.I really can't say enough about them. I was juggling my belongings on a luggage cart, and I had my dog on a leash as well. I locked myself out of my room 2x while checking in/out. A sweet smile and a chuckle ( the 2nd time ) as I was let back into my room .The grounds are safe and well maintained. With lovely flowers and some cute statues.
The pillows were awful!!! The linens and bed good , pillows BAD. Weird deflector on ac/ heater...
The staff were great, and helpful.
The room was spacious, and had a kitchen with stocked dishes, pans, utensils etc. Helped us save some money on our trip by eating in the hotel.
It was very comfortable and clean.
They had a lot of options for breakfast which was really nice.
Some of the decor is a little dated but that's a preference thing. Its family owned so I realize updates take time.
The only thing I would actually change, is the breakfast area for the included breakfast is quite small. So when they were booked out there's not a lot of moving room or tables to sit at.
We solved this by just taking our breakfast to our room.
Exterior and interior well kept, friendly staff. Traveling with kids this hotel is highly recommended from us. We stayed with our 4 year old for the weekend and it was more welcoming and comfortable than a regular hotel room with the kitchenette area and living areas inside the rooms. We would stay again if we were to come to the area in the future.
Rooms could use some regular updating such and renewed carpets, some scuffing and areas of chipped or peeled paint on the walls. Did not effect our stay and we would still return for another stay as the rooms are now. Would prefer a latch lock added to the door.
Off the busy interstate, but still close to everything else (shopping, eating etc)

Easy access. Very clean property. I felt as if I traveled back in time. The facilities had a very 40’s-50’s feel aesthetically, but all modern in the rooms.

Amazing hotel, clean, friendly, location is perfect for airport, even not too far to Cincinnati.
Facility in the room is enough clean but a bit old.
We arrived late & there was an organized late check in system-a mailbox with my name, code & key. Clean nicely furnished room. Comfy bed, large walk in shower. Breakfast was great-good choices and the breakfast employee was super nice & helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room with comfortable bed and sofa, nice updated shower, kitchenette with utensils. TV had dvd player attached and dvds were available to use. The breakfast was continental, but there were warm (microwavable) options, too (pancakes &sausage on a stick, egg sandwiches). The grounds were well-maintained.
All in all, this is a warm & inviting place to stay. We would stay here again
All places need maintenance and occasional upgrades and it was clear to me that this happens here. That said, I think it might be time to replace the carpet in the room we stayed in.
