Incredible
Pros:

The parking is close by and an exciting challenge. The smell is bold and unique and unforgettable. The entrance way was adorned with red wine accents. The other guests were exuberant and gregarious characters who will rise with you and treat you to the local sounds of Philadelphia. I cannot recommend this place more.

The price is way too high for what it’s worth. Under 100 would make more sense.

Friendly staff but poorly run hotel
Pros:

The men at the desk were friendly. The room was clean.

Cons:

The cover of the radiator fell off onto the floor during the night at 3:30am with a huge BANG. In the morning I told the man at the desk about it and he said he would send someone up to fix it. Well, when we returned at about 4:00 pm, it was still on the floor and the room had not been cleaned. Trash cans were not emptied,
towels not refreshed, no bath mat, no shampoo. I told the next man at the desk and he said he knew nothing
because no one told him. He did, however, get us another room. That was nice. I surely hope the communication between your staff improves.

האנשים שעבדו בקבלה לאורך כל השעות היו ממש מקסימים.
והמלון היה מאד קרוב לבית כנסת שרצינו להתפלל בו.
ובונוס קטן, ממש מעבר לכביש יש חנות נהדרת של בגדי ילדים וסופר מרקט מצוין.

Cons:

המקום מאד ישן. היו ממש דברים שבורים בחדר, במעלית... הצבעוניות של החדרים לא נעימה לעין.
וגם הסביבה בה נמצא המלון הרגישה לא בטוחה.

The experience was positive, any requests were addressed quickly and in a polite manner,
Pros:

The place is clean 24/7 front desk coverage I felt safe, staff is accomodating and polite whenever you have something that needs to be addressed.. Housing keeping staff is very good, especially Marisol who is very sweet and meticulous, although all staff is very responsive The place is kept clean at all times

It sucked in there 😔
Pros:

Once I was able to get into the bed it was comfortable but when you book handicap accessibility and don't receive it that's an issue my wheelchair couldn't fit through the bathroom door

Cons:

The drawers falling on my arm I can sue for that alone
