Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. We were in town for an event at the Tyson Center and had plenty of food and drink options nearby and was a quick walk to the event. Would definitely stay here again and recommend

Pros:

Easy check in and check out. Restaurant next door. Buffet and straight charge to the room. Amazing pool but too much bleach, it stained my black clothes. Did not feel comfortable asking the second time to have housekeeping after the hours they do. Cookies offered every time.

Overall everything was perfect, the best was having the 1854 Grille attached to the hotel. We came in later in the day were able to rest then eat without having to waiting long. And the food was great.

A number of doors did not work or latch properly on their own, including public bathroom. Hopefully they will get these adjusted soon. Otherwise clean tidy place.

It was a convenient location and super comfortable beds. However, one of the shower doors wasn't on the track and almost crashed on top of me! I told the front desk about it so the next guest hopefully doesn't have that happen.

The customer service was excellent! I had gotten in after a long day of traveling and it was very close to closing at the 1854 Grille and I asked if they were still open to make something quick and they were more than happy to do so without hesitation. Front desk staff was just as great.
