We have stayed here on number of occasions and love the position and staff.
The hotel needs a makeover and on our last day 1/4/26 they were closing for a renovation and rebrand as a tribe hotel.

Ongoing building works making to much noise
zimmer war ok, hotel steht aber kurz vor der renovierung, daher egal. frühstück ist ok, aber margarine anstatt butter nicht so toll. frühstück ist ausbaufähig.

The room was spacious and the staff were friendly
Run down, and requires a re vamp. As always, I remove pillow slips to check the pillows. Pillows full of mildew. I did request a brand new pillow which eventually I got. A good km+ walk to get to the main hub of town. Breakfast quite basic. Third level above me very noisy, with stomping around and furniture being moved all times of the night, last night I requested a room change which reception did and I was not charged for this.

The staff and pool
Our room overall , mattress was extremely hard , old and stained so bad . Kids beds constantly had ants. Our room was mad up daily but with the same sheets never changed . Floors never mopped. Bath room not cleaned only new towels placed . The stairs were extreme hard with a pram going up and down . Phone was not working for room service . Stains on the bedding .
The staff were exceptional, the room was a decent size and reasonably quite.
Parts of the pool decking were coming apart and the rooms were a bit dated, The lack of a power outlet near the bed was inconvenient.
Very comfortable bed and pillows great pool and friendly staff great location .
Only have 3 in one shampoo conditioner and body wash need to take your own.
Хорошее расположение. Отель хоть и в Легиане, но благодаря своей архитектуре, он довольно тихий. Бассейн большой и чистый, персонал приветливый, завтраки хоть и не очень разнообразные но каждый найдет себе еду по вкусу. Я очень доволен своим проживанием.
Бывает сыровато в номерах, но надо подрегулировать кондиционер.
