Our stay here at the tribe was peaceful and very enjoyable. We loved our stay here.
Pros:

We thought the renovations were fantastic. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. We have had a wonderful stay here.

So much: location, the renovations are amazing! Looks so contemporary now. Staff always happy and accommodating! Love love loved Dewi 🙏
And wow! The new breakfast buffet and cocktail area was sensational. The food range and options were the perfect mix of traditional western items, beautiful Indonesian elements and the made-to-order menu was a hit for myself and my 2 sisters everyday!! It has improved dramatically since our first stay in October 2025. Cannot wait to come back again 😍🪷 and the glitter lights in the pool!!!! My favourite thing!

Cons:

That no one was at the service desk when it was time to leave /check out 😞

Pros:

L’hôtel vient d’être refait (ibis style avant).
Les chambres sont très bien, la piscine aussi. J’ai réservé de longs mois en avance et ai eu un très bon prix mais cela varie beaucoup.

Cons:

Il y avait encore quelques travaux. La déco extérieure de la charte Tribe est un peu triste (orange/gris). Le hall d’entrée qui était très sympa est froid et impersonnel, c’est bien dommage . Le petit déjeuner n’était pas très opérationnel quand nous y avons séjourné.

Welcoming and a homely feel. As an Australian, they had Vegemite as an option too. Overall... I would stay again.

perfectly spot for a couple wanting a quiet place close tp beach and shops.
Pros:

We have stayed here on number of occasions and love the position and staff.

Cons:

The hotel needs a makeover and on our last day 1/4/26 they were closing for a renovation and rebrand as a tribe hotel.

hotel ist für ein kurzurlaub geeignet.
Pros:

zimmer war ok, hotel steht aber kurz vor der renovierung, daher egal. frühstück ist ok, aber margarine anstatt butter nicht so toll. frühstück ist ausbaufähig.

The price is fair if you are lucky to get a “newish” room. I would not stay here again.

Cons:

Run down, and requires a re vamp. As always, I remove pillow slips to check the pillows. Pillows full of mildew. I did request a brand new pillow which eventually I got. A good km+ walk to get to the main hub of town. Breakfast quite basic. Third level above me very noisy, with stomping around and furniture being moved all times of the night, last night I requested a room change which reception did and I was not charged for this.

Okay for budget I guess
Pros:

The staff and pool

Cons:

Our room overall , mattress was extremely hard , old and stained so bad . Kids beds constantly had ants. Our room was mad up daily but with the same sheets never changed . Floors never mopped. Bath room not cleaned only new towels placed . The stairs were extreme hard with a pram going up and down . Phone was not working for room service . Stains on the bedding .
