Amazing hotel right in the heart of Manhattan, perfect for exploring everything NYC has to offer. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and are very knowledgeable on any questions you have. The rooms very very nice with hot drink making facilities and these were topped up daily along with water too. The rooms were also serviced daily and everything looked very clean. Our rooms overlooked the Empire State and though there was a little noise from the NYC hustle and bustle, this was well worth it. I’d say this hotel was good value for money considering the location and service especially and the hotel just had a really nice vibe and atmosphere to it. Would defo recommend to anyone visiting NYC.
The location of the hotel was in a good spot. Easy to get to subway and in a good neighborhood.
We booked a room with 2 Queen Beds but when we arrived, they only had 1 Queen for our reservation. They were not able or not willing to make a change to accommodate the 2 Queens we booked. They sent us a rollaway bed but still charged us $60 for it.
Tolles Hotel mit riesigem Zimmer mitten in NYC. Super Lage, Mega Blick auf das Empire State Building. Wir hatten zwei riesige Betten und ein sehr schönes und großes Zimmer. Perfekt. Sehr Sauber und innerhalb des Hotels sehr ruhig.

WOW this is a gem of a hotel in NOMAD area. Yes it’s a small hotel without a bar or restaurant but that’s not a big issue as there are bar’s & restaurants right outside front door. As it’s away from the hustle & bustle it’s very quiet outside at night so no sirens wakening you up. Right across from 28th st subway. Staff very attentive. Tea & coffee making facilities in room & replenished bottles of water also. For New York room was large with 2 double beds - we had kids prepared for smaller room. We also had a fab view of Empire State Building. Concierge ordered taxi for airport journey & could store luggage. Lobby has a lot of fliers for shows & trips. There’s also a nice quiet area upstairs in lobby where you can sit & relax with tvor books. Would recommend & would stay again

Location was central to everything, within walking distance to many areas and subway stations for all directions within blocks of the front door.
The staff, especially the door men/concierge, from the moment we walked in were great. Whether it was on our way out for the day or back in from a day out, no matter the time we were greeted by a smiling face.
Need a tip on where to go and how to get there? Ask them. Need to store your bags for awhile before your flight out? Ask them. Need a ride to the airport? Ask them! They were all helpful and kind. Shout out to Anthony for making our departure easy and stress free

We stayed for 10 nights at Broadway Plaza during the World Cup. (Go Norway!) Both me and my daughter had a great time in NY, and we will absolutely recommend Broadway Plaza Hotel. There is no better way to start a day in NY than waking up to the view of Empire State Building. Our room was large and clean. We had a great terrace with excellent views to ESB.

This hotel is in a fabulous location in walking distance of Madison Square Garden. The rooms are small but with everything you need when in NYC. Our room had a wonderful view of the Empire State Building.
All of the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. Anthony on the concierge desk was extremely friendly and very helpful. Top marks.

Anthony was amazingly helpful and kind during our stay! He helped us with getting our cab to the airport and all our luggage. The hotel is located in a great section of the city and the room was fantastic.
