Clean and pretty hotel 10/10
Pros:

Everything was good. The hotel is pretty,room was clean,coffee and water they added every day. Junior the recepcionist was very kind. The hotel is close to everything. 10/10

Clean, comfortable, and affordable with easy access to the city
Pros:

Location was great, an easy walk from Penn station and convenient to a lot of attractions. The room (jr. suite with two king beds) was perfect for four of us and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the lobby was quite clean despite all the winter snow and salt being tracked in.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Just back from wonderful stay at Broadway Plaza. Family of 4 with grandparents who were stuck a few extra days due to snow! Couldn't speak highly enough about this hotel - rooms, location and staff all tops and would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to New York. Will be back!

Pros:

The location was great! Near the subway and lots of great coffee shops and food nearby. The room was really comfortable and spacious for NYC, and we were even checked in early at no additional cost. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Manhattan.
