Fantastic balcony and view.
Pros:

Very clean, great shower. Room good size. Balcony overlooking Empire State Building was amazing and huge. Great location.

Great stay
Pros:

We stayed for 10 nights at Broadway Plaza during the World Cup. (Go Norway!) Both me and my daughter had a great time in NY, and we will absolutely recommend Broadway Plaza Hotel. There is no better way to start a day in NY than waking up to the view of Empire State Building. Our room was large and clean. We had a great terrace with excellent views to ESB.

A great hotel, great location, and excellent service by the hotel staff.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

This hotel is in a fabulous location in walking distance of Madison Square Garden. The rooms are small but with everything you need when in NYC. Our room had a wonderful view of the Empire State Building.
All of the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. Anthony on the concierge desk was extremely friendly and very helpful. Top marks.

Great hotel! We loved our stay
Pros:

Anthony was amazingly helpful and kind during our stay! He helped us with getting our cab to the airport and all our luggage. The hotel is located in a great section of the city and the room was fantastic.

Perfect location!
Pros:

Amazing location right in the middle of great restaurants and super close to the subway. The staff were wonderful and attentive. Anthony was legit — at the door to open it every time we entered and helped with our bags. My daughter ended up getting sick on the trip and the staff were very helpful and understanding!

Pros:

La posizione, la pulizia e il comfort in camera, soprattutto dopo una giornata intera a girare New York.
Noi avevamo la camera con terrazza e vista sull’Empire, ogni mattina e ogni sera lasciava sempre senza parole .
Accappatoio e pantofole, panno per rimuovere il make up, davvero un hotel dove ritornerei e che consiglio !

Cons:

Niente in particolare, forse l’aria condizionata nella hall era troppo alta ma è una caratteristica di tutta New York avere l’aria condizionata al massimo. Nella camera non c’è stato problema perché potevamo regolarla in autonomia

Excellent Hotel in a Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. It began with a welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and very spacious. It felt like we were in a brand new hotel. We were delighted with the incredible view of the Empire State Building from our window. The location of this hotel is perfect. There are a variety of excellent restaurants very close to the hotel. It is centrally located - excellent for sightseeing. The staff was very helpful in recommending restaurant options, depending on what we were seeking. The staff also helped us navigate the subway system, and the subway stations were within a five minute walk. When we return to New York, we will definitely stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel.

Best hotel experience in NYC
Pros:

We had an amazing stay!! Everything about this hotel was perfect: rooms are huge, front desk and concierge are super friendly and courteous and location is the best in NYC! We definitely recommend staying and we will be staying here from now on when we visit!
