Perfect location and great rooms
Pros:

Perfect location. Good clean rooms with plenty of space. Beds were really comfortable. Staff all friendly and helpful.

The location was great, as there are so many things to see and do in the area.
Pros:

The room, was spacious, with an amazing balcony looking over the New York skyline, including the empire state building. The staff were extremely friendly, and Anthony the Concierge, was very helpful organising taxis.

Cons:

No breakfast service at the hotel, which isn't a problem, as there are so many places to eat in the area.

Onovertroffen op vlak van locatie en personeel!
Pros:

Door de kleinschaligheid heb je onmiddellijk een veel closer contact met het ontzettend vriendelijke en hulpvaardige personeel. Het hotel ligt heel centraal en er bevinden zich heel wat eetgelegenheden en leuke winkels in de buurt. Het Broadway Plaza Hotel is een absolute aanrader!

Great hotel in a perfect location!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. The room was spacious, very clean, and cleaned thoroughly every day. Towels and bed linen were regularly replaced, and the complimentary water and coffee supplies were replenished daily, which was a very nice touch.

The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring New York City. The location is another huge advantage — perfect for sightseeing and getting around the city.

We also really appreciated that the hotel provided umbrellas for guests on rainy days. It may seem like a small detail, but it shows great attention to guest comfort and service. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
