Great family hotel in the heart of bustling Nomad with great views
Pros:

Great location, nicely decorated, staff all friendly and helpful. Great view of the Empire State Building. Concierge Anthony was great - very helpful and kind to us.

Cons:

Waits for lifts were pretty long especially if you were on floors above 7 which only 1 lift went to.

Hidden gem in the heart of NYC
Pros:

I loved the location. Very central to major sites and multiple restaurants and coffe shops within easy walking distance.The staff especially Anthony the concierge were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

I can't really think of anything to complain about.

Adequately hospitable and habitable but they charge way too much for the service they offer.
Pros:

It was a easily accessible, close to most landmarks and in close proximity to some good restaurants. The room was bigger than most NYC rooms. Water was always replenished. The staff members (did not interacted with them a lot) and housekeeping were quite nice.

Cons:

It was not clean. The TV and table had a coating of dust, the switches had dirty finger prints on it, the towels were torn and stained.
Entrance is hard to find and signage is poor.

Location was excellent. A few minutes from the subway and on a pedestrianised section of briadway, with some great restaurants in walking distance.

No restaurant or hotel bar.

Loved staying in this gorgeous, spotlessly clean hotel in a perfect location

The very slow lifts which were impacted by the staff who seemed to be using it all day long which didn’t seem well organised
