Won’t ever go there again at all my experience was horrible please don’t ever go here I could of spent my money at another hotel and been treated way better it’s so ghetto
The manager Rachel she was stuck up rude and I try to call corporate on her but she seem to answer every phone number there was she had the worse attitude ever and I was told I didn’t have to pay for a roll away bed until I checked out and she was like no you pay up front then I said I need it one day she said no you pay for as many days as you are checked in even if you don’t need it and the breakfast was so horrible it was just nasty my room was dirty the maintenance man did all the work he was the house keeper and the maintenance and he seem like they run that poor man around all day it was so much going on there where is the owner at because this place is a joke
The site was beautiful the granddaughters loved the castle look.
Parking was bad this time people had to park everywhere. Where there were no parking spots people were parking. Parking in other lots. They were so desperate for a parking spot they didn’t care if they bumped others vehicles or banged doors. The girls went swimming but some adult man was jumping in splashing water everywhere. Cannonball. They couldn’t enjoy swimming.
When we walked into the building it was very hot. The room is just that. A room. There is nothing special or nice. Not even a picture on the wall. Unfortunately our room was very dusty. The tops of the surfaces of a lot of things had not been dusted in a long time. After waking up, the corner of my sheet had gotten pulled up. There were noticeable reddish stains. I’ll let you be the judge of what you think it is. Overall would not recommend for the price.
Nice and clean
Quiet and close to everything
Size of the bed and room
The breakfast
You had to get into the bathtub to shut the bathroom door
It was clean and inviting.
Jets in the hot tub could be stronger but that’s my only complaint
They had a game room, pool and free breakfast.
I rented 2 rooms, the air conditioner didn't work in one room and the other was okay. This place is getting old and needs work. One room had black mold or something in the bathroom ceiling.
We've stayed here before, but yrs ago. It was a nice place to stay.
I did not call or let the front desk know! About this problem 🤔
I'm sure they already knew!
I'm just sad 😔 about this place.
Location
Dirty all over facility the room had so much moisture in the air that all my stuff was damp in the morning
It's was already
We didn’t like the breakfast at all
The breakfast was good, the hot tub was nice, and the AC worked well.
The bathroom was way too small. You could barely move around in there especially because I am so tall and my husband is a bigger man. The pool was advertised as being heated and it was ice cold even in July. There were barely any outlets to plug in our phones etc. For having multiple people in the room they definitely didn't provide enough towels, wash cloths, or hand towels.
Close to everything
The location is good. Breakfast had plenty of options.
The air wasn't working it was off when we went in was 88. Then it'd randomly shut off. We called they sent someone up said it just needed to run longer. That wasnt the case. It also should have been on prior to us checking in especially since there has been a heat advisory. They really just didnt care when we called down either.
Hair in bathtub and the whole 4th floor just stinks.
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and had lightbulb out, hotels are already dark enough.
Nice, quiet hotel. Room was a good size.
3 floors and only one ice machine was working in 90+ heat.
