Love the location and the bed is so comfortable
Pros:

I have stayed at this location before and love it. I am 67 years old and was staying with my 5 year old great-grandson. He loved the thought that he was staying at a castle. He kept asking where the king was. The only problem I had was the elevator was out and we were on the 3rd floor. I had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. They should have said something when I checked in or had someone to carry things up for you. The breakfast is really good and they have lots of choices. The only thing was the potatoes and sausage was to spicy, couldn’t eat it.

Pros:

We enjoyed the experience and environment. The kids liked that there was an arcade available and enjoyed the pool as well. We also like the location of the hotel.

Cons:

We liked the breakfast options that were available, however the quality of food could have been better. The sausage, potatoes and eggs did not taste well and the biscuits were hard.

Cons:

Three separate buildings. Had to go outside to access the pool. Was very cold when we stayed. Not ideal

I like our room in the little side cove very quite beautiful place
Very friendly staff and helpful staff!!

Cons:

The doors between buildings not being locked .most hotels you use your room key tl enter building from parking lot.would make it feel safer.

Second time we have stayed and will come back again
Pros:

Very clean ,courteous staff ,excellent breakfast ,and very comfortable

The parking lot can be a bit tight for trucks

Great location but too expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Good location, AC unit worked great, mini fridge, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Shower tub creaked very loudly, grout was broken and dirty, bed sheets had stain, bad toilet paper.
