Was my birthday the time we are stying with them and my daughter was trying to make them understand if the hotel will share with acake without her father knowing and bring it to her then surprise me but they bring it to me? Overall thanks for the cake.

Cons:

One time we are coming back and we saw two black suits men entering one of our rooms ? My daughter ask them we put do not disturb sign ?but they respond (scurity)?

Place was nice and clean and good location.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great. Not so many selections. The food was cold. I went to order an omelette, and the chef picked all the ingredients I selected with his bare hands. That was gross for me. Other hotels use utensils to do that. I never ordered an omelette again after that experience.

Room.cleaning service ignored "DO NOT DISTURB" sign at our room and kept knocking, looking for laundry. That was annoying. This happened twice.
We had to end up writing a sign and sticking it to the door to say we had no laundry. I will upload the photo for your reference.

Grand Central Hotel — немного старый отель, но условия проживания и уровень сервиса хорошие. Персонал внимательный, в номерах чисто и комфортно. Главное преимущество — идеальное расположение: рядом находятся основные достопримечательности, магазины и рестораны.
