Lovely staff
Pros:

Jasmine Sun and Annie Ding are two of the staff that have been so helpful throughout the trip. They have been so kind and made our stay even better. It's all about the staff!

Cons:

I paid for a double room for two adults and a small child. I was a bit put out when they asked me to pay for an extra breakfast, which is not cheap, for the child when we are already paying quite a lot to stay at the hotel for the week. Given the child is sharing a bed with me, it felt a bit...ungenerous.

Pros:

Great location. Very beautiful lobby. Clean spacious room

Cons:

No real bar area. Room far far too hot. No air conditioning. Did ask reception about this but told to open a window

Bel soggiorno nel cuore di Shanghai
Pros:

Ad un passo dalla Nanjing Road, fermata della metro a due minuti a piedi, camera pulita, spaziosa, ho soggiornato in 3 differenti strutture, tra tutte questa è la migliore. Set di cortesia in bagno, shampoo, balsamo, crema corpo…non mancava niente. Grazie, ritornerò sicuramente! Super consigliato.

Cons:

Rete Wi-Fi non funzionava benissimo.

Pros:

As for the breakfast, it was very ordinary for a hotel of this caliber. I would describe it as a standard 3-star hotel breakfast, yet it was priced like a 5-star experience. Compared to similar hotels, their breakfast options are usually two or three times more diverse and much more delicious.

Cons:

The hotel's Wi-Fi was quite slow, and most Western apps either wouldn't load or were extremely unresponsive.

Great Luxury in Shanghai
Pros:

One of the best luxury hotels I have stayed. Great value for the luxury provided. Great amenities and very clean and well kept room. The bedding quality was excellent and so the quality of sleep. Everything in the room had a quality of luxury around it. It mixed traditional feel in the room and modern technology very well. Our requests were delivered using a robot! The location was excellent for first time visitors, with great connectivity to airports and train stations, all good places to eat nearby. Note that they require a deposit to be paid when you arrive even for pre-booked reservations. Highly recommended.
