Потрясающе!
Pros:

Месторасположение потрясающее. Сотрудники ресепшена были очень внимательны и дружелюбны. На завтраках огромный выбор блюд, много фруктов. У сына был день рождения и ему подарили торт, было очень приятно.

Magnifique hôtel.
Pros:

Établissement très central au pied de la rue Nanjing Road. Très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de charme. Le personnel notamment à l’entrée, à la conciergerie et les femmes de ménage est très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec beaucoup de choix.
La chambre est très belle et grande, la salle de bains (pour la chambre exécutive) a des toilettes séparés. Hôtel calme la nuit.
Très belle vue sur la rue illuminée le soir.

Cons:

Le lit est limite « raide » on s’attend à une autre catégorie de matelas dans ce type d’établissement.
Manque de produits pour le corps ; une seule fiole de savon, shampooing et après shampooing pour une chambre double c est pas assez …

I understood the 2pm check-in policy, but found the staff unnecessarily inflexible. We waited from 9am and repeatedly asked from 1pm, but were refused until exactly 2pm. We were offered an expensive room upgrade, which we declined as we didn’t need it, and unfortunately felt there was very little flexibility afterwards. For a hotel advertised as 4–5 star, the level of customer service was disappointing.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of room size and level of luxury.

The location was very convenient and close to several places.

Cons:

The temperature of the shower water is difficult to adjust; it is either too hot or too cold, so the temperature cannot be adjusted appropriately!
