The staff were so accommodating. The rooms were very comfy.

Room was comfortable and the area around the hotel was very pleasant
Some of the food was a little overpriced
Location was perfect for having surgery over the road. Room was very big for the price. The young man on reception at 5am was lovely and polite.
Wifi on the top floor is non existent.
No tv remote and took over an hour to be given one.
Dust everywhere.
No bulbs in half the lights.
We had a workman use a card key to enter our room with no knock first. Just walked in with another man whilst we were in bed to look in the bathroom.
The room was terribly hot all the time even with windows open and had no fan.
On our final night after me having surgery we got up and left at 5am as the corridor of room 203 is clearly VERY HAUNTED! One door slamming constantly from 2:30 till 5am. Lights on and off all night. I sat in tears all night until my partner decided he'd had enough and said we could leave even though he had barely slept from all the banging of the door all night. I did mention it to the lovely man on reception at 5am thursday morning who said he would look into it.
I liked how close it was to the clinic it was lovely an clean inside the room
It was noisy as they had work undertaken the breakfast was disappointing as the bacon an sausage was undercooked an bacon was very fatty the pastrys was dry my mate had the 3 course meal in the evening an was absolutely amazed at how nice it was and the portion sizes you got for the money
Good value for moment and staff are always excellent
The Broadstone suite was lovely. The bathroom was very spacious as was the lounge and the bedroom. Bed was comfy. Large TV, plenty of sockets. The complimentary body wash smelt lovely. The room was very hot but there was a fan available in the room which was very good. Staff on reception were very friendly.
Alarms going off through the night which was unnerving as not sure what they were but heard another guest complaining about fire alarms. WIFI was not good enough for me to do my work. Breakfast buffet cancelled on the first Moring due to low number of guests so had to order with waitress which would have been fine, but no menu of what was available to order. There appears to be some improvements going on in the hotel which was quite noisy throughout the day, but not really an issue as it stopped at a reasonable time.
This is such a nice hotel. I think it's probably had a bit of a re-vamp. The decor is exceptional. The room was really nice, it felt high quality. The restaurant served up delicious food too.
A little surprised that the restaurant kitchen closed at 19:30, but it wasn't a big issue. It will be even better when the leisure centre is back up and running.
Beautifully decorated and the suite we had was very spacious.
Only downside is that the leisure side of it is currently closed but that’s due to a refurbishment ongoing until August.
Breakfast good.
Renovations happening currently which is good but Letting builders start work at 7am was not welcome at all.
Everything was just so nice and I would happily book again i felt so welcomed by the staff and the girls on reception was so nice and friendly
Couldn't open the window. Went downstairs to report it at around 23.30. and there was nobody about. Reported it when we checked out, only to be told " I bet it was boiling" no apology! Not happy.
