Cons:

When people walk in at 10:15 p.m. at night two of the workers was on their phones. The lady was sitting on the floor behind the counter on her phone and the other guy was at the other end of the counter on his phone with like six people waiting to be checked in

Bom para uma noite apenas!
Pros:

Quanto limpo, confortável! Piscina limpa e grande!

Cons:

Funcionários mal educados, localização ruim, não havia café da manhã, não há comércios próximo, só havia uma linha de ônibus que passava pelo local(motoristas rudes), serviço de transfer para o aeroporto péssimo.

Pros:

Nice, comfy and spacious room with all you might need.
Good location and fair price.

Cons:

No signal in TV (not big deal for 1 night, but would be a bit for longer stay).
Reported it at the check out (hopefully was solved shortly after).

La habitacion amplia, con muchas cosas que un turista necesita... TV, secador, refrigeradora, microondas, agua caliente, internet, varias mesas, ascensor, fueron muy amables y considerados, al permitirnos parquear al pie de la entrada del hotel, ya que mi esposo salia del hospital por una cirugia y no podia caminar mucho.

Cons:

No encontramos personal que ayudara con las maletas, mi esposo estaba recien operado, se me dificulto cargar las maletas y subirlas al carro, soy una senora de 65 anos con lesion en la columna y fue muy dificil y doloroso llevar maletas en el carrito del hotel hasta el parqueo.

Fine for one night.
Pros:

Easy airport transfer (even though I had to wait a long time without knowing when it would come, and friendly staff.

Cons:

There was a 200$ deposit that was not mentioned anywhere in the booking. That is ridiculous and it was not stated anywhere besides when I’m at the counter already. Luckily I had another passport that brought it to just 50$ but state it clearly for next guests.

Also, as a woman traveling by myself, I didn’t feel so safe with my room right on the street that anyone could come up to, if they jumped the barrier. I didn’t know when booking, that it was not secure.

The staff exceeded my expectations in helping me get a full refund for cancelling last minute.
Pros:

The staff was really helpful in refunding me, because i booked the wrong location.

Cons:

It was close to the airport so convenient and set back, but not a touristy location.
