Cons:

4 aile otelde konaklama yaptık. Otele giriş yaptığımız andan çıkış anına kadar problemler yaşadık. Erken checkin talep etmemize rağmen bize engelli odasını önerdiler. Arkadaşımın odasını kendisine sormadan eşyalarını otel çalışanları toplayarak oda değişikliği yaptılar. Arkadaşım odasının kapısı açılmayınca resepsiyona gidiyor ve orada odasının değiştirildiğini öğreniyor. Kendilerinden habersiz ve izinsiz arkadaşımın eşyalarına dokunuyorlar. Kardeşimin odasında kahve makinesi yoktu resepsiyonu arayıp sorduğunda ise her odada olmayacağını talep etmesi gerektiğini söylediler. Ancak rezervasyon bilgilerinde kahve makinesi odanın özelliklerinde vardı. Otelin çalışanları ve resepsiyon görevlileri ne yazıkki kaba ve bilgisiz insanlar. Otelin sadece ismi var hizmet beklemeyin. Paranızı çöpe atmak istiyorsanız rezervasyon yapabilirsiniz.

BE CAREFUL what kind of experience you are paying for.
Cons:

I had never seen such an indifferent and rude group of staff together before. It was the biggest disappointment and the worst experience I’ve had. I definitely will not choose this place again.

If you book your room online, they may place you on the side facing the construction even when the hotel has other available rooms, which makes it impossible to rest peacefully. I would strongly recommend being careful about this.

Kaba,ilgisiz çalışanlar ve çok kötü bir otel

Cons:

4 arkadaş grubu olarak gittiğimiz seyahette 4 oda rezerve ettik ve otele girdiğimiz an itibariyle bir sürü problem yaşadık. Öncelikle 45 m2 olarak ayırttığımız oda yerine bizi 25 m2’lik bir oda verdiler daha sonra odamızı değiştirdiklerinde hem tuvaleti bozuktu hemde kahve makinası yoktu. Bir diğer arkadaşımıza engelli odası verdiler. Bir diğer arkadaşımız talep etmediği halde odasını değiştirip otel çalışanları kendi insiyatifiyle arkadaşımın eşyalarını izinsiz bir şekilde başka bir odaya aktardı. Çalışanlar oldukça kaba ve ilgisizdi. Sorun karşısında çözüm odaklı olmak yerine aksine daha da çok problem üreten bir otel yönetimi var. Bir daha asla bu otelde konaklamayacağız ve kimseye önermeyeceğiz.!!!

Pros:

Breakfast was really poor My plate was loaded with twice what I asked for The bacon was dried up and overcooked The toast appeared to be several hours old and was rock hard My eggs were snotty Coffee was over strong I wanted to complain but it was a special occasion and I didn’t want to spoil it
