Our Claridges stay was the perfect conclusion to a lovely evening at The Palladium!
Pros:

Our room was absolutely amazing, the beds and pillows were like clouds! All of the staff were friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I didn't like!

Disappointing. My expectations were based on past experiences there, but some things have changed.
Pros:

I’ve stayed at Claridges many times over the years. It’s position and reputation make it ideal for business and pleasure. Sadly my previous stay was before Covid and Brexit. For some reason my 25 year history as a guest with the hotel was lost during a recent data update.

Cons:

My rooms only window was facing an inside lightwell with no direct sunlight and a generator that hummed all night long disrupting my sleep for both nights. Maid service lights was broken delaying turnover service. At 1200 euros per night, a hotel of this reputation the standard is sub bar.

Pros:

Outstanding service. Staff give great importance to customer satisfaction. They are polite, friendly and super efficient. Beautiful landmark hotel in a fantastic location. Nothing to fault at this hotel. Service is fantastic.

Cons:

Would have been nice if a small treat such as chocolates, sweets, pillow mist or ear plugs were given during turn down. However, there really is absolutely nothing to complain about.
