Great stay at The Berkeley.
Pros:

Convenient location, nice room and great service from the valets, housekeeping and bar/restaurant staff.

Cons:

Charging facilities etc in the room were basic compared to similar hotels.

Exceptional stay, wonderful staff and beautiful atmosphere
Pros:

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at The Berkeley. From the moment we arrived, the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate every request and every small detail.

Before our arrival, I had asked for a room on a higher floor, with a nice view, as well as an extra bed for our son, and everything was arranged perfectly. The staff were exceptionally polite, kind, professional, smiling, and always ready to help.

This was our first time staying at The Berkeley, so I was not familiar with the history of the hotel or how long it has been there, but everything inside felt beautifully renovated, fresh, luxurious, warm, and elegant. The room was excellent — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Although our room was facing Hyde Park and a very busy main road, we could not hear any noise at all inside the room, which made the stay even more relaxing.

A special mention must go to the hotel restaurant, La Môme. The restaurant is very stylish and posh, with a wonderful atmosphere, but the food was even better. We truly enjoyed it.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily return. A beautiful hotel with outstanding service.

Good hotel - shame about the bed and getting into my room
Pros:

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and the overall experience is usually excellent. However, during this visit, my sleep wasn’t as comfortable as usual. . Despite these inconveniences, I’ll definitely stay here again but will request a room with a proper double bed next time.

Cons:

I was given a room with two single beds pushed together, and I kept slipping into the middle during the night, which made it hard to rest properly. Additionally, when I arrived around 9 p.m., my room was still being cleaned, and I had to wait in the hallway before checking in.
