Elegance, amenities, location and service.

Everything was wonderful
Nothing to dislike
If you view Hannah Ricketts YouTube review this is a very accurate reflection of the hotel..I wish I had watched it before booking.
Having stayed at many luxury hotels in the UK ie Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh, Gleneagles and the Old Course Hotel, St Andrews this one fell short of a 5 star hotel.
In particular the pool area was disappointing and the sauna is located separately one in the male and one in the female changing areas..
When checking out the reception asked how our stay was..we were there for 4 nights, I replied 'fine' based on this response i would have expected them to prompt further...
I would not stay at this hotel again.
The Savoy never disappoints. Staff wonderful, breakfast delicious.
Not keen on the decor in the breakfast room!
Da suíte júnior de frente para o Rio Tâmisa
