Nothing
Beautiful property, very clean, excellent staff.
The grill was over priced. £418 for an evening meal for 2, was very excessive. The bottle of wine was £80, the very same bottle is being sold in waitress is £10.98!!
We paid £1400.00 for a river view but did not get one!
Location, atmosphere and staff friendliness
The staff were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I'd advised on my booking that we were celebrating my partner's 50th birthday and I particularly liked how much effort the staff made to ensure he felt special, from the room upgrade to the note and gift left in our room on arrival. The hotel was incredible and a perfect stay when visiting the Kit Kat Club. I would definitely recommend it 1000%.
There was nothing I didn't like, only that I wished we could afford to stay longer!
Everything - the entrance was welcoming and impressive. Our room was perfect and spacious with amazing views over London.

The staff were amazing. The room was beautiful. Everything exceed our expectations.
Nothing. It was perfect..
Location
I would have preferred to have taken my one piece of rolling luggage to the room. Instead I waited almost an hour for my suitcase to be delivered.
Older clients should be aware that some rooms have only deep soaking tubs without safety bars.
Wonderful stayed
Everything was perfect !!!
Exceptional comfort, amazing service, exquisite staff and an overall experience never to be forgotten. The Savoy is the such a special place…we will be back!
Fabulous room, but did find the bed a little too hard for my liking. I did request rooms together but due to one of the rooms being upgraded they weren't together but that was fine it was nice that my friend had an upgrade as we were there to celebrate her birthday.
I have a little disappointed with the American bar. When we were first seated we were right by the piano player which made it difficult to have a conversation. We asked to be moved which we were but then it felt a little bit cramp where we were seated next. Think maybe rather than booking a table it might have been better to just walk in a sit at the bar.
Beautiful building inside
The whole experience was excellent. All members of staff where helpful and friendly.
The hotel has an air of calmness at all times.
