Luxury hotel
Iconic etc
Stayed in a lot better rooms.
Overpriced but it’s The Savoy after all.
Room was basic. Stayed in a lot better.
The staff are amazing, from the moment you arrive the welcome from the Doormen Genci and Rob treat you like a returning member of the family. Beautiful classy room, with the most comfortable beds and it was immaculately clean. The American bar is iconic and staff are brilliant and the best breakfast in London with again lovely service from Rosalina and Leo.
The Customer relations team were so attentive and in regular touch to ensure we were having a special time
We stayed for a four night stay to celebrate a family birthday and whilst not the cheapest Hotel in London is worth every penny for a special treat .. no one does it better!
Nothing … maybe the wardrobe space could have been slightly bigger
Bed comfy and facilities in it good even though we were at the far end of corridor. Did hear 6am noise each morning outside but suppose that can't be helped in busy city.
Nothing anything would be picky. Pity Reading Room closed at 5.00. Nice room to crash when you've been out an don't want to go to room immediately and other than main foyer area there was no where else for a pit stop.
Erica the lady who checked us in was amazing super friendly and professional, and made us feel very welcomed as it was our first time staying at the savoy would definitely recommend a stay at the savoy to everyone.
Absolutely nothing it was perfect
Fabulous iconic hotel, in a perfect location.
Excellent staff & a great selection of restaurants & bars. Lovely pool.
The stuff was brilliant. They accommodate us fantastically and my wife really enjoyed their birthday at the Savoy.
To be honest, there’s nothing for me to say I liked everything
Good quality linens and service.
The ambience.
