Pros:

I loved the decorations of the hotel, breakfast, Gordon Ramsay restaurants, afternoon tea, American bar and so on. The hotel’s location was very central so it was very convenient for me as a solo traveller. The staff was very polite and helpful too.

The staff went out of the way to care for us. Truly exceptional service. And the facilities are amazing. We could have slept in that bed for 20 hours.

Lovely May Bank Holiday break made very special at The Savoy
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, fantastic position to access central London. Amenities and facilities were excellent. We didn’t finish our wine after dinner and the lovely housekeeping team left us 2 red wine glasses in our room, which was a lovely touch, it’s the little things that make it special

Cons:

Nothing not to like, it’s a very special hotel

Pros:

The views, the decor, hotel was absolutely spotless and staff were very polite, informative and helpful.

Cons:

Shower in bedroom, no shower door just shower curtains, absolute death trap. The water covered the bathroom floor, creating a very dangerous and slippy surface. It took all the towels to stop it flowing towards the bathroom door.
Asked if we had any allergies, I advised shellfish and tomatoes, my breakfast was served with tomato, lack of attention to small details such as this could have been extremely dangerous.
