Pros:

Emplacement magnifique, accueil très agréable, chambres spacieuses et confortables.. Service au top!
Mention spéciale au personnel de la pergola, ainsi que la Cabro d’or .

Очень красивая локация, утопает в зелени, не бывает скоплений людей, чувствуешь себя приватно. прекрасные бассейны, номера так же удобные, большие, у нас был с террасой на втором этаже, но! вместо кровати кинг-сайз соединенные матрасы, это очень плохо, спать неудобно на таких кроватях(

завтраки! впервые в отеле 5 звезд видели такой скудный и однообразный завтрак. У отеля собственная ферма, сады, но никогда на завтраке не было никакой зелени, из овощей только помидоры и невкусные оливки. невкусный жидкий скрембл, 2 вида ветчины и колбаса, один вид сыра и много хлеба, булок. т.е если вы следите за фигурой, то очень мало выбора здоровой пищи. арбуз и дыню разбирали очень быстро, часто мы просто не успевали взять, почему-то персонал забывал пополнять опустевшие блюда с фруктами( никаких ягод, один раз увидела малину, но остатки в виде 2 ягод, естественно никто не пополнил( в целом в ресторане еда очень сложная, если говорить об ужине. мы понимаем что это Мишлен и ужинали так же в отеле Airelles , там тоже Мишлен, но было безумно вкусно в отличие от нашего отеля.
ресепшен не самый привлекательный, как-будто можно было бы сделать реновацию, чуть скромно выглядит относительно других локаций.

The gardens, the accommodations, the pool at L’Ousteau
The lunch there
the service was absolutely wonderful
the staff were superb and friendly and accommodating We had shuttles in to various villages and Arles We did not wait a second and never late picking us up from the various venues
The food in Cabro d’Or was wonderful and service impeccable We also availed of room service and drinks and again were delighted with the service and food
I have rarely been so content in a hotel

Cons:

The weather it was awfully hot
The air conditioning was wonderful
There were some wasps at breakfast which were disconcerting

Cons:

Une boucle ininterrompue de paroles (de balade???) passait au bord de la piscine, beaucoup trop fort et sans interruption, ce qui était extrêmement perturbateur et s'entendait même dans la chambre.

L endroit est tres beau le domaine aussi belle grande piscine en pierre

Cons:

Les prestations sont en dessous de ce qu on attend d un 5 étoiles notamment les serviettes et le service en chambre. Sous 35 degrés aucun rafraîchissement n est offert lors du check in.

Beautiful. Good location.
Pros:

The property is gorgeous. Our room was right next to the restaurant but was very quiet. There were areas with beautiful trees, fountains and flowers to sit quietly or have an aperitif with some friends. Scenery was peaceful. La Cabro d’Or restaurant was wonderful. The food was fantastic and had a great wine selection. The breakfast had everything. The location of the resort was perfect for us.

Cons:

The property is a bit spread out where some of the areas were difficult to walk to and the hours of boutiques were limited. Not an issue for me, it save me from shopping and spending money. ;) In the pool area close to la Cabro d’Or restaurant was lovely but the service was ok. Housekeeping did not check everything when cleaning. Kleenex was not replaced, not all towels were replaced. Room service was not picked up over night. With a 5 star rating I expected every detail to well managed.

Odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre 31
Pros:

Emplacement et paysage somptueux. Restaurant Cabro d’or agréable malgré un nombre de mouches oppressant et sans solution pour les faire éloigner. Qualité du repas très savoureuse. Chambre avec terrasse/balcon vue végétation restreinte dommage de ne pas voir les Alpilles. Chambre 31 que nous aurions aimé quitter la nuit mais il était trop tard car l’odeur remontant des canalisations était insoutenable, égout-dégoût odeur de poisson pourri +++. On a prévenu la réception qui était gênée. Une excuse formulée timidement mais aucune remise ou geste alors que sans exagérer ca a gâché notre nuit. Ça nous laisse sur une note assombrissante. Dommage on ne reviendra pas. Check out inelegant.
