Top Empfehlung! Perfektes Wohlfühlhotel mit tollem Essen und Service
Pros:

Tolles stilvolles Hotel, sehr nettes Personal. Tischdecken und Stoffservietten gab’s nirgendwo sonst auf unserer 3- wöchigen Kanadareise... Fine Dining Dinner war teuer, aber super; Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls top. Bärenspray kann man leihen, Fahrräder ebenfalls. Praktische Lage, Mall Istrien Fuß erreichbar; Shuttle zum Lake Louise ist ein Service, den man nicht genug loben kann, wenn man bedenkt, was da oben selbst im Oktober noch los ist!

Pros:

离路易斯湖很近，提供免费路易斯湖shuttle，每半小时一班，方便只去路易斯湖又不想抢官方shuttle的人。有免费停车场，房间提供瓶装水和胶囊咖啡，满足日常需求。附近有超市、早餐店、餐厅，还是很方便的。洗澡水很热很大舒服！

旁边就是火车，班次频繁，有点吵，但玩的很累倒是也没有影响我睡眠。

但是考虑到地理位置和shuttle bus，仍然是去路易斯湖的很好选择
Pros:

酒店有免费shuttle bus去路易斯湖且班次很多，往返都很方便。酒店旁边就是路易斯湖小镇，在那里或者酒店内吃饭都很方便。

Cons:

隔音有些欠佳，外面开门或走廊里拖行李、楼上住客用水的声音都比较大，如果隔音效果再好一点就好了

Lovely hotel!
Pros:

Lovely hotel! We were upgraded for our honeymoon which was amazing! Mezzanine bedroom and gorgeous bathroom. Amazing restaurant and super friendly helpful staff (Allie in particular!)
Shuttle to Lake Louise is great. Pool/spa area was ok but not as much of a ‘spa’ as I had expected. Massage was ok, not relaxing like I had asked and felt pressured to give a higher tip than wanted due to being asked how much I wanted to give at the spa reception rather than. However, all in all, lovely hotel.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, die Lage, das Fitnesscenter, Annehmlichkeiten wie Obstkorb, tägliche Wasserflasche im Zimmer, kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, kostenloser Shuttlebus zum Lake Louise, Frühstück absolut empfehlenswert, hatten eine Juniorsuite mit Balkon und traumhaften Ausblick!
