Loved it!
Pros:

Breakfast was pricy but very good, so worth it.
Grounds were great and parking sufficient.

Cons:

Molto bello
Pros:

L'hotel e' molto bello, pulito, posizione ottima, tramite un sentiero con un ponte che attraversa il fiume si arriva in pochi minuti nella zona dove ci sono i piccoli negozi locali.

Cons:

La stanza era per 4, ma i letti erano davvero troppo piccoli per due persone nello stesso letto.
Siccome il prezzo non e' basso, forse per 4 persone adulte dovrebbe essere trovata una sistemazione piu' confortevole

Zimmer - Restaurant - Frühstück - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt an keiner Stellw.
Cons:

Das Haus ist deutlich zu teuer für das, was es bietet. Ein dunkles, veraltetes Zimmer mit kleinem Bett und einer Dusche auf Camping-Niveau für rd. 1.000 kanadische Dollar pro Nacht ist eigentlich eine Frechheit.

Disappointing dinner but proximity to lake Louise great
Pros:

Pool was nice and whilst simple grounds had a nice feel. Bus driver to lake Louise great.

Cons:

Staff rude and restaurant took 90 mins to bring food and was dry when it arrived.

Beautiful stay in lovely Lake Louise
Pros:

We loved the beautiful grounds and hotel. The staff was very friendly and our room was very large and spacious. The amenities including the pool, hot tub, library, complimentary shuttle to Lake Louise, and afternoon tea and coffee were so lovely. The location on the river and with a simple walk across the bridge to a grocery, bakery and shops was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

With no air conditioning, our room was quite hot when we arrived and did not cool down before bed. The fan was appreciated, but it was still a warm night’s sleep with the bed in the lofted area of our room. Once we cooled the room overnight and then closed the blinds when we were out during the day, it was cooler the next evening. As other guests have said, the train noise throughout the night was also loud and disturbed sleep.

位置優秀，離露易斯湖近。飯店提供summer shuttle bus可預約飯店提供的時間往返Lake Louise 和Moraine Lake.免費!!光這點就要給滿分。飯店員工親切友善而且笑容滿滿，令人滿意。衛浴提供歐舒丹備品，大廳有熱水，茶包，冷水提供顧客飲用。停車場免費讓顧客停放車輛。可行李寄存。附近有家中餐廳料理選擇，在二樓。

Cons:

沒有冷氣。衛浴蓮蓬頭是固定的。附近商家都很早打烊。

Convenient but noisy and hot due lack of airconditioning and proximity to the railway line.
Pros:

The evening meal in the restaurant was delightful and very well presented.

Cons:

The fact that there is not airconditioning should be made more explicit in the advertising. The hotel is right next the Canadian Pacific Railway line and the rooms facing in that direction are very noisy. The lack of airconditioning required the windows to be open to try and cool the room but then the noise of the trains was a regular disturbance during the night,

O pefeito hotel de montanha.
Pros:

O perfeito hotel de montanha. O conforto do hóspede é a sua principal preocupação. Funcionários super simpáticos, com nota especial para os funcionários das visitas aos lagos. Comida com ótima qualidade e apresentação. Localização perfeita.

Cons:

É uma preferência, não um ponto negativo, mas no quarto, dispensaria a alcatifa, para quem tem alergias é péssimo.

Perfect hotel with excellent service for our visit to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.
Pros:

Excellent location relative to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, together with shuttle service to both was perfect for us. Indoor pool, hot tub and on site restaurant were great. Small enough to feel comfortable.
