Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Die Lobby ist schön.

Unaufmerksames, eher unfreundliches Personal.
Schlechte Gastgeber.
Ich habe mein Auto vor die Haustür geparkt und das Gepäck selbst vom Auto genommen. Das Gepäck habe ich stehen gelassen, während ich das Auto geparkt habe (15-20 Minuten).
Niemand hat mich gefragt, ob ich Hilfe brauche oder zu welchem Zimmer ich gehöre.
Beim Frühstück wurde ich und meine Familie vom Personal eher unfreundlich behandelt, da wir nicht Deutsch sind.
Eine ältere Dame hat sogar sehr böse meine Kinder angeschaut, als sie eine andere Sprache gehört hat.

Frühstück: Zu viel Wurst (Schwein).
Der Lachs war zu dick geschnitten und eher unappetitlich.
Das Personal ist traditionell in Tracht gekleidet, das ist natürlich schön. Aber die junge Generation mit Turnschuhen und dicken Socken, wie auf den Wies’n, in einem 5-Sterne-Haus ist ein No-Go. Ein bisschen mehr Respekt für die Gäste und den Arbeitgeber wäre wünschenswert.
Ältere Damen mit einem großen Dekolleté sind auch nicht das, was ich gerne sehen möchte, um ehrlich zu sein.
In einem 5-Sterne-Haus sollte man dezent gekleidet sein; es ist kein Biergarten.

A proximité de Murnau, séjour de grand confort dans la campagne bavaroise.
Pros:

Situation idyllique et calme dans la campagne bavaroise; l'hôtel a été conçu dans un style chalet cossu tout à fait charmant et très confortable, aux abords de la jolie petite ville de Murnau et de son lac.
Le restaurant offre par ailleurs des plats fins et le jardin contribue à l'agrément du séjour.

Cons:

Presque difficile de se repérer pour choisir son petit déjeuner, tant l’offre est abondante.
Question plus générale de la literie en Allemagne avec des couettes trop courtes, et pas d'adaptation aux températures d'été.

Das Abendessen war sehr gut und der sehr nette Kellner konnte uns perfekt bei der Weinauswahl beraten.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war so klein, dass man nicht zu zweit darin stehen konnte.
Für ein 5 Sternehaus war das Frühstück dürftig. Das Frühstück war auch am Sonntag nur bis 10.30 Uhr möglich und ab 10.00 wurde das Büffet nicht mehr angemessen befüllt.

Alles war super – sauber, komfortabel und sehr einladend.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr lecker. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage, die angenehme Atmosphäre und die guten Cocktails an der Bar. Beim Warten auf den Check-in haben wir ein Glas Prosecco bekommen, was sehr nett war und die Wartezeit angenehm gemacht hat. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schön mit Luft nach oben
Pros:

Eigentlich alles…! Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, das Personal ist gut geschult und sehr freundlich, obwohl wohl voll ausgebucht. Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut und das Ambiente entsprechend. Saunas, Pools, Nassbereich, alles top! Bett sehr komfortabel, Zimmer (Comfort mit Bergblick) geräumig und schön.

Cons:

Kein Valet-Parking, das Parkhaus chronisch überfüllt, am Abend keinen Parkplatz gefunden.
Das Bad in unserem Zimmer ist eigentlich der Kritikpunkt… alles sauber, aber eine uralte Klobrille ohne Softclose und eine begehbare Dusche ist nicht vorhanden. Man muss in die Badewanne steigen, welche ein Spritzwand aus Glas hat und sich dann beengt mit einer Handbrause abduschen. Geht eigentlich nicht für so ein Haus…
