Tout - absolument tout. La literie en particulier, l'accueil et l'attention du personnel à chaque instant. Le buffet du petit déjeûner.

Cons:

Le service des boissons chaudes à table lors du petit-déjeûner. Le 5 Juillet 2026, nous avons été plusieurs à ne jamais recevoir nos boissons chaudes - nous avons quitté la table après 20mn d'attente pour un double expresso. Rien de catastrophique mais un établissement de cet ordre doit pouvoir faire face à ce genre de problème technique.

10/10 - super hotel, super staff.
Pros:

What an amazing stay! One of the nights there was some noise, but other than that, everything was great. Food, everyone treated us so well! The transfer that the hotel offers, it’s such an awesome detail.

Cons:

The pool at the spa could be a bit hotter, but it’s just a comment. I think everything is great.

Un havre de paix et d’élégance
Pros:

En plus de la promotion booking, l’hôtel nous a proposé une semaine avant le séjour un surclassement pour 60 euros par nuit dans une très belle chambre avec balcon donnant sur la ville de Megève

Cons:

Le service du soir au restaurant, au demeurant très professionnel, s’est révélé relativement long même pour la demi-pension.
