A wonderful, relaxing stay in a beautiful setting – we would happily return.
Pros:

Beautiful location and a wonderful atmosphere. We loved the hotel’s retro 60s chic style and the large private beach with very comfortable sunbeds. The frequent beach shuttle in the charming little vehicles was a lovely touch, although the beach is also just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and serviced frequently, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of fresh, high-quality food. We also loved La Pagoda beach restaurant – delicious food and very reasonably priced for a hotel of this standard.

Cons:

Very little! A coffee machine in the room would have been a nice addition. We would also have appreciated a more relaxed, traditional dining option in the evenings, as the main restaurant menu was quite elaborate, although we still enjoyed our meal there.

La ubicación entre pinares. Muy buen ambiente. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

El restaurante de la playa no está a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas (ni por la comida, ni por el servicio ni por el sitio). Pasamos muchísimo calor. Es tipo chiringuito de playa grande. La playa en sí es mejorable: deberían separar más las hamacas y poner menos filas. Si hubiera estado llena, no te hubieras podido mover. En general la relación calidad-precio del hotel es regular.

Pas de clim dans le lobby et le restaurant, et beaucoup beaucoup de moustiques en conséquence qui gâchent un peu les moments dans ces parties là de l’hôtel

Non è tutto oro quello che luccica.
Pros:

Cortesia del personale in particolare in spiaggia dai bagnini ai camerieri. Ottimo il servizio bar e ristorante. Ottimi i servizi in spiaggia.
Insonorizzazione delle stanza. Buona pulizia degli spazi comuni e della spiaggia.

Cons:

Forte odore di urina nel bagno, prontamente segnalato al nostro arrivo. Le Si
gnore delle pulizie sono intervenute con grande cortesia, ma purtroppo il problema non è stato risolto. L'odore ci ha accompagnato per tutta la permanenza, condizionando inevitabilmente il giudizio sulla struttura e sull'intero soggiorno. Da una struttura a 5 stelle, soprattutto considerando il costo ci si aspetta un livello di comfort e attenzione ben diverso.
