Pros:

Accueil exceptionnel. Le personnel est très compétent et à la hauteur de la réputation du réseau Relais et Châteaux. On mange très bien, on dort très bien, qu'attendre de plus ?

Lovely location great staff and the restaurant was superb

Cons:

Air con didn’t exist we were lucky we had a window that opened and the staff gave us a fan. The thermostat was regulated by the hotel and set at 22 celcius so too warm for us Canadians 😂😂

wunderbare Küche in einem schönen Hotel
Pros:

Der Restaurantbesuch war von A bis Z überzeugend - absolut gute Küche von der jungen Küchenchefin (die Tochter des grossen Kochs!) und ihrem Team. Die beiden Kellner haben ebenfalls dazu beigetragen, dass der Abend gelungen war.

Cons:

Die Küche im Bistro Gaby (an diesem Abend war das Sterne-Restaurant nicht offen), in welchem auch das Frühstück eingenommen wird, hat uns leider nicht überzeugt, schade!
Die Kellner dort waren nicht wirklich ausgebildet (oder wirkten so).
Beim Frühstück wurde uns nur ein Kaffee und eine Eierspeise gebracht, obwohl wir ja zu zweit waren und auch für zwei bestellt haben... Da hätte es noch ganz viel Luft nach oben!

Lovely stop on Route Napoleon
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, well loved and looked after. Our room was very well finished, spacious and elegant. We ate in the bistro which was busy and had a good selection whilst remaining casual. We didn’t spend much time at the pool but it looked great. Parking excellent too. However, it was the staff that made the difference here - absolutely delightful
