Personal amable. Hotel muy viejo
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y el hotel está muy céntrico. El desayuno muy bueno y muy bien servido.

Cons:

He ido ya en tres ocasiones y honestamente creo que necesitan una reforma. Las duchas de los baños no funcionan bien. Los muebles y las moquetas se ven viejos, los sofás del lobby están llenos de polvo. Creo que tuvieron un gran concepto inicial pero que se ha ido diluyendo en los años.

It’s a good place to stay in Arles
Pros:

It’s really in city center, you can enjoy city from nice historical location. It was a nice experience with my husband.

Cons:

Spa. To much of Clorox in jacuzzi. And it is 20€ /1,5h for one person. It’s too short time even to enjoy the sauna.

Hôtel bien placé mais vieillissant!
Pros:

L’emplacement de cet établissement est idéal pour visiter Arles.

Cons:

L’hôtel ne correspond pas à un cinq étoiles.
La chambre supérieure était de taille moyenne avec une salle de bain vieillissante. Le thermostat du chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons eu trop chaud!
