Ma femme a trouver le matelas un peu dur a son goût mais moi pour moi il étais parfait
Pour un petit déjeuner dans hôtel 5 étoiles, la totalité du buffet n’est pas fait maison, c’est bien dommage.
Les produits n’étaient pas qualitatifs.
Mooi pand met binnen kunstzinnige inrichting. Groot hotel. Ontbijt vonden we heel goed. Wat ook heel goed is is de locatie: vlak aan het centrum

Great location for exploring Arles, very friendly staff
Stayed for one night in this hotel whilst touring the region. The hotel is in a good location and is in an attractive building within easy reach of all of the sites of Arles. It is marketed as a 5-star hotel but it didn’t feel like one – actually I’m now convinced the French rating system is totally different to other countries as Ive never stayed in a 5-star hotel in France that compared well with 5-star hotels in other countries. It may be because the hotel is part of the Accor chain (I only discovered this when I connected to the wifi as I was under the impression it was a local boutique hotel) The staff are very friendly but the hotel just feels tired and dated inside. The décor is quite garish, the room was cramped with a faded old carpet and the bathroom had a shower that over-flowed onto the floor. I didn’t use the spa as, as in other French hotels, they charge extra and it closes early. Also, the hotel offers parking for €27 per night whereas there is ample on-street parking right outside the hotel which only cost me €8 from 7pm to half-past midday the following day. Overall, I was quite underwhelmed by this hotel and wouldn’t stay again.

The location cannot be beat, which is why return each year. It is a stone’s throw from the pedestrian center, in fact, just across the street, but it also next to a parking garage. You can drop your car and not use it until you are heading out of town. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the Christian LaCroix design is so suited to Arles. The breakfast is good, but we usually go across the street for breakfast. Arles is a charming historic city that just gets better year after year thanks to an influx of small museums, galleries and designers. But it still has kept its old Provence feel. This hotel is a great spot to explore it from.
It can be pricey. We book early and then keep looking from time to time. Often the price drops just two or three weeks before our stay. But not always.
Le personnel, les petites attentions et la deco

C’est un hôtel à la décoration originale, à la fois surprenante et artistique , dans lequel on se sent bien.
Le personnel est particulièrement agréable et attentif à la clientèle, en particulier Samad au service du soir.
Le petit déjeuner est riche de propositions.
Le massage fait par Peggy était tout simplement parfait , un subtil mélange de relaxation et de détente musculaire. J’ai adoré .

Le spa, l’emplacement
Nous avons demandé une chambre pour 3 nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un hôtel 5 étoiles avec un canapé lit dépliant pour enfant.
Dommage pour l’établissement, car pour moi ce n’est pas le confort que doit apporter un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Nous avons fait une réclamation, dans un premier temps nous avons eu le droit à un petit-déjeuner offert pour compensation puis ils nous ont appelé à 22h dans notre chambre (heure très tardive) pour nous annoncer que la direction refusait de nous l’offrir.
Quelle déception en terme d’accueil et de service. Le rapport qualité / prix reste correct. C’est certainement pour ça que le service laisse à désirer.
De plus nous avons eu un nids de pigeons devant notre porte de salle de bain… un peu de ménage au fenêtre serait nécessaire plus régulièrement.
