Location was great, staff was great, and service excellent.

Pros:

接待人员热情服务态度很好，离凯旋门香舍丽舍大街非常近，酒店在内街，不会吵，去闹市区又近这一点非常好！房间的蓝牙音箱效果很好。

Cons:

住了三天，退房的时候，押金也退了，然后托管行李在前台，出去购物，几个小时后回来，前台说我房间有迷你吧小费，是一个蜡烛，需要付费60多欧元。我很惊讶，Check out的时候为什么不说，然后我是完全没有消费的，因为迷你吧的东西不适合我。经过我的解释和强调，前台人员取消了收费。但是我感觉非常不好！我觉得很可能是他们的内部管理发生了小小的问题，具体需要待他们去研究。一晚上400多欧元的住宿费，我住了三天，一直感觉都很好，所以我才在离开的时候，在酒店房间内放了一些我从家长带来的小礼品卡片，以及放了几欧元的小费。我觉得最后的经历让我感觉他们酒店的内部管理，尤其是人员管理，可能有一点点小问题。

Cool, classy ,close to everything and safe
Pros:

The hotel alone is a vibe the interior design is so cool ,the location is amazing walking distance to most attractions in such a great area close to everything. The facilities were fantastic and the staff were impressive with great recommendations from restaurants to even drinks at the bar and the coffee was delicious. Such a clean hotel the rooms are huge and the bed was soo comfortable.
