My husband and I loved the location, the gardens, the room view and the room itself.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The food was not worth the value. We had dinner one night and breakfast every morning for 4 days. Dinner was ok but breakfast buffet trays were empty all the time. Tables were not set for breakfast, we had to wait for the staff to set it up almost every morning. We started getting there earlier every morning thinking we were too close to the end but one day we arrived at 9:00 ( breakfast ending time was 10:30) and there was no eggs, almost no bread, very little of everything on the trays nor we found a table that was set. We ordered eggs (because there were any on the buffet) and they were delicious.

The staff were exceptionally polite, kind, and helpful. Every person we met on reception was happy to go above and beyond to help us and we saw this with other customers too. We had car trouble that meant we had to stay an extra night and throughout the entire process, the staff couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. Both rooms were very lovely and the bathrooms were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety on offer.
We only gave a smiley face instead of a happy face as whilst it was very close to the tram station, you did have to use it to get to any shops or useful places. However, this did make it very quiet and peaceful!

Très chaud dans la chambre malgré que tout les radiateurs soit éteint... Peut etre la convection de la chaufferie qui se trouvait sous la chambre ?
Hôtel agréable au calme et bien situé avec un restaurant gastronomique de très bonne qualité.
Literie un peu trop ferme. Commandes d'éclairage difficile a comprendre.

La beauté et le calme du lieux, les bons thés qu'on peut boire devant la cheminée. Les deux coupes de champagne offertes.
La viennoiserie et le pain au petit déjeuner n'était pas bons, mais nous avons compensé avec des œufs, du saumon et de la charcuterie de très bonne qualité.
