Zen time from 06 pm to 09 pm : the spa is a peacefull and relaxation area. In order to respect everyone's tranquility, children are welcomed only from 07 am to 06 pm every day. Please respect the quietness and privacy of others.
Pets are allowed with extra charge of 25 € per night. For reason of hygiene and respect for all guests, animals are not allowed at the restaurant and the well-being center.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

L’emplacement, le calme et la qualité des chambres
Altijd een plezier om hier 2x per jaar te verblijven!
Avec ses grandes chambres, son parc, sa terrasse, l'hôtel est fabuleux. Nous avons tout apprécié, particulièrement la taille de la chambre et le calme. Nous n'avons pas essayé la piscine.
Le petit-déjeuner, en revanche, était correct, mais sans plus.

nice rooms, good location on drive down
minor point but we had booked this hotel as we had a lovely stay here last year with a very nice meal in the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately there was an event taking place that meant the restaurant was closed that evening. Had we known that we would have stayed elsewhere because there are no other (decent) restaurants within walking distance.
Garden
Not in chateau, just in annex. Noise people in corridors. First day not allowed to sit outside between 3pm and 7pm as they were preparing for a bbq!!!!!! Breakfast was very disappointing, had better at Radisson blu. Coffee cups all stained inside
Well Located and quiet although away from the city centre. This suited us as a stopover on our way back to the ferry. Lovely restaurant and food.
We had a junior suite which was well appointed. We enjoyed using the pool.

Parking
Avoid room 28. We were told it has recently been refurbished but the sloping ceilings especially over the bed were very difficult to manoeuvre under. There was also a step down into the bathroom which is an accident waiting to happen
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Naomi, attentionnée et très pro. ainsi que par les autres membres de la réception l. Il est vrai que l'accès à la piscine se situe à l'extérieur du bâtiment principal mais il n'est qu'à quelques mètres dans un très beau parc. Ma femme regrette juste l'absence de vestiaires individuels pour se changer. La piscine est top. Attention très appréciée, elle a oublié ses baskets dans les vestiaires, elles nous sont renvoyées par voie postale. J'ai juste eu à regler le tarif postal sans frais supplémentaires Le petit déjeuner est sans surprise mais bon. La chambre était spacieuse, agréable et propre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
Lovely facilities and design.
Beds and pillows very firm.
Because we were travelling with our dogs, we couldn’t bring them into the hotel restaurant, which wasn’t open anyway as there was a BBQ with drinks and music for all guests. The cost was €59pp all inclusive, but as I had my daughter with me, who is under age for alcohol, it was expensive. There was no offer from the hotel for a discounted price for kids or ‘kids eat free’ as many hotels offer. When it came to ordering room service, there was a very limited choice because of the BBQ.
We ended up ordering pizza with Uber Eats.
We also had to order breakfast to our room as the dogs were not permitted in the restaurant. The breakfast was also expensive at €25 per person.
We ordered one scrambled eggs and an omelette with cheese and ham - both came on the same plate with no cheese in the omelette. See pictures.
Very poor breakfast and experience for €50!!!
