Zen time from 06 pm to 09 pm : the spa is a peacefull and relaxation area. In order to respect everyone's tranquility, children are welcomed only from 07 am to 06 pm every day. Please respect the quietness and privacy of others.

Pets are allowed with extra charge of 25 € per night. For reason of hygiene and respect for all guests, animals are not allowed at the restaurant and the well-being center.

Cadre agréable et hôtel bien situé

Cons:

Établissement en travaux et énormément de bruit dans les chambres. Ce qui ruine clairement la quiétude du lieu et du séjour.
Les équipements de la salle de sport ne fonctionnaient pas et n’ont pas été remis en service.
Hammam froid.
Les prestations sont en dessous de ce qui est attendu pour ce genre d’établissement

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Damen an der Rezeption und auch alle Reinigungskräfte sind super! Das Frühstück bekommt 10/10! Die Säfte vom „Val de Loire“ und auch alles andere hat uns begeistert!
Fast kein Verpackungsmüll. Das kann alles gerne so bleiben:)

Cons:

Die Herrenumkleidekabine beim Schwimmbad muss nach 4 Sterne Standard dringend saniert werden. Im Schwimmbad an einem V2A- Handlauf rostende Schrauben zu verwenden ist nicht so toll. Der Fernsehempfang der englischen und deutschen Sender ist ständig gestört. Das sollte bitte verbessert werden.

Only missed the spa
Pros:

Staff very friendly
Facilities and garden

Cons:

We didn’t used the spa because it was full, I would recommend to limit the utilization for fixed hour period, so that every guest can use.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de détente et de découverte.

Nous avons aimé la proximité avec le centre ville. Nous nous sommes bien détendus chaque jour dans le sauna, le hammam et la piscine. Nous avons apprécié l’eau filtrée dans la carafe mise à disposition dans notre chambre.

Nous avons été un peu gêné par l’odeur de peinture dans notre chambre.
