Unforgettable
Pros:

The view, the staff, the decoration, the atmosphere of the hotel was so special
I loved the caring of the details too, like preparing the room for sleeping and warming the bed

The perfect combination of comfort and service
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully situated with a superb view of the bay and mountains. All of the staff made us feel very welcome and special guests. Rooms and public spaces are quiet and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. The heated outdoor pool with its view was a winter bonus.

Beautiful properety but overpriced compared to their offering.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location, well maintained and right in front of breath taking view.

Cons:

The food was very average and simple dishes are made over complicated and too much sauce and the price doesn’t match. Also the restaurant staff for amount of money paid is nit very well trained.

A Perfect Honeymoon Stay – Truly Exceptional
Pros:

We spent three wonderful days at The Plettenberg during our honeymoon, and it was exceptional from start to finish. The décor is beautiful, our suite was luxurious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Service throughout the hotel was flawless, and the food was consistently outstanding. Our stay was memorable in every way, and we highly recommend The Plettenberg to anyone looking for a truly special experience.

We'll be staying there again when we visit the area.
Pros:

The location, the aesthetics heated pool, the most amazing view from the room we booked, stone throw from the beach and the food was 👌

Cons:

The lady assisting us with our payment the day we checked out was so rude. We had a mishap with our dates and the hotel accommodated us still but on check out we were not sure if bookings.com debited the amount. The lady treated us like we didn't have money to pay the amount that bookings.com did not debit and that little incident was so distasteful.

The one who helped us check in was the complete opposite, very professional and helpful.

Luxurious base for a stay in Plettenberg
Pros:

The hotel location on top of the cliffs overlooking the sea is great. The hotel is well fitted out and the rooms spacious and very comfortable. Early morning tea or coffee brought to the room is a very pleasant way to start the day. Breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

Pros:

Hotel com ótima localização, muito bonito e limpo. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe que nos mostrou o lugar, nos ofereceram uma pequena garrafa de espumante pela nossa comemoração e foram solicitos em todo o momento. Restaurante do hotel, tanto para café da manhã quanto para jantar é muito gostoso e equipe com ótimo atendimento. Cama muito boa, chuveiro de qualidade e wifi gratuito funcionando. Fomos de carro, estacionamento fica localizado na rua porém sempre com seguranças. Localização ótima, com boas vistas da praia e próximo a lojas e restaurantes da cidade.
