Lone front desk staff was friendlyand helpful, but I wont book this hotel again.
Pros:

There is no breakfast with the stay. a restaurant is available. I didnt use it.

Cons:

Lamp was rusty. No clock. Window remote didn't work because blind was broken and torn. Front desk came up to roll it by hand and push into the track. Really? In general the room is worn and tired looking. Clean but REALLY needs makeover.

Good location. Has nice attached restaurant, but no complimentary food included.
Pros:

No free breakfast included like HI Express includes. Good location off Rt 95.

Cons:

No free breakfast or 24 hour coffee in lobby. Hotel under renovation so appearance at front. Should br ok when remodeling is done.

Location is best part
Pros:

It was close to I-95

Cons:

Trash on the floor. Ceiling in shower falling down. Flusher on toilet broke and after I looked at it, it seemed to not have been fixed properly from the last time it broke. Trash cans at front entrance over flowing.

Pros:

Hotel was very clean and nice but somewhat on the older side. Beds were comfortable. Disappointed there was no free breakfast. There was a restaurant you could get meals, but you had to pay.

We did not receive our points for being a club member. How can I get them. We were there FIVE nights.

Cons:

The hotel needs a lot of upgrades.
We didn't receive our points. Hotel said we should get the points through you at Booking.com???????

Could have been better
Pros:

The location was great. The staff was friendly

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom toilet was broken. No one ever came to fix it. I ended up having to fix it myself. The bathroom floor had a red smear on the wall and floor which was gross. The tub was not clean.
