The location, the serenity
There were baby roaches on the floor and in my bed..
I was very impressed by the people who worked the front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and the breakfast people. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and happy to be where they were.

The bed was hard & there was roaches in my in hallway
The staff were rude and incompetent, they rushed through everything so that they could get back to scrolling on their phone. The hallway was dirty and filled with garbage in random corners. The room was one of the worst Ive ever been in, and I travel frequently. I didn’t even stay in the room it was that deplorable, sheets were dirty, the mattress was worn and old. There was something funky on the floor in the bathroom that was very sticky. The countertops hadn’t been cleaned between at least a couple of other peoples stays. But the bed was the worst, pillowcase had brown curly hairs on it and sheets had stains and looked unclean and used. Thankfully no bed bugs probably the only good thing which is saying a lot that im saying having no bed bugs is the best part of the room!
Absolutely everything! Staff, bedding, cleanliness, pillows, hallway cleaning, staff respect and consideration!
We enjoyed the fact that it was next door to a gas station that was open 24/7 to get snacks. The staff was friendly. There was ample parking and they didn't charge us extra for it to our knowledge. But the things we liked were heavily outweighed by all the problems.
There was a roach in our bathroom, gnats in the coffee in the lobby, the keys didn't work since we allegedly let them touch our phones (which we weren't told ahead of time), the sheets had tiny stains on them, and the tv couldn't connect to the internet.
Nothing
The room smelled like smoke had been there, they didn’t clean the room or leave fresh towels, or make the bed. The man at the front desk when I got back from the wedding I attended told me to use an ice bucket because they didn’t have a vase. I caught the damn bouquet! Now the flowers are dead!
Good nite
I did not stay. My reservation was supposed to be for 4 nights 10/8-10/12. For a family reunion/funeral. I was not informed by the hotel or the booking site that the hotel was also being used a shelter for the homeless. There were shady characters in the lobby as well as outside and in the elevator. Upon viewing the room, it appeared to be clean but smelled musty. I didn't go any further in examining the room I knew that I did not want to stay. As I got off the elevator to approach the front desk a school bus arrived unloading approximately 15 children who were residents of this hotel. I believe that assisting families and or transients in need is a good thing, but to not inform potential guest and still charge the rate of $1,266 for the stay
