First and last stay

Checked in late. Attendant was rude and it took almost an hour to get into our room. Something about the time change and keys. When I booked the room I booked a smoking room!! Only to find out this morning I was charged a smoking fee!! Extra 200!! When I confirmed at checkin it was smoking with the rude ass Attendant who really came off as racist and homophobic!! He needs to be retrained and Stay off the computer desktop playing video games while at work. He even asked me 2nd or 3rd floor for smoking. I chose the third floor!! The hotel really need to be updated and a new night time desk agent!! ASAP!! Day time agent was helpful and accommodating. I explained to her I was in town for a funeral and my partner was ill. She offered her condolences and gave good customer, unlike the night time Attendant who didn't give two shits about anything but playing his computer game.

Ok,for a night or two.
Pros:

The room was quite large and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The shower curtain was torn and hanging down. The breakfast was adequate with plastic cutlery and processed eggs.
