Got stranded at New Orleans Airport and called the hotel. Shuttle bus sent and reception very helpful,

Overall pretty good because the staff were pleasant and I felt safe
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the location was great. The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The ice machine wasnt working. No refrigerator or microwave in the room and the pillows were small and flat

Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety to start the day. I also appreciated the early check-in option, which made my arrival much easier. The shuttle service was convenient, especially since the hotel is located right next to the airport. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained, making the whole stay pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay near the airport.

Cons:

The only downside during my stay was that the elevators took quite a long time to arrive, especially during busy times.

On nous a refusé l’accès au shuttle pour l’aéroport parce qu’on avait pris la mauvaise… une punition à cause qu’il n’y avait personne au desk à notre retour du restaurant

The fact that the room keys were already preloaded and left open on the desk for other customers to grab that will. This caused a huge issue with our room and ruined the whole night for us.
