Stayed here for one night literally only went to sleep. Needed a place by the airport because I had an early morning flight. Upon arrival the hotel smelt amazing. The staff was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised how big the room was. And the bed was so comfortable I almost woke up late to catch my flight. I would definitely be staying here again. And I would recommend 10/10

Loved the location, the fluffy pillows and the friendly staff! Also very special thank you for upgrading our room to the best suite they offer in the top floor. That made us very happy! Definitely will be back!

Very newly updated. Check in and out easy. Had current schedules for flights at MSY.

The font desk staff were amazing and friendly. Very helpful. The king suite was spacious and very comfortable for our stay.
Towels we stained and holes in some spots. Shampoo was not refilled at any point before or during stay.
Fitness center was small but not too bad, two treadmills and a cross-trainer the power station was out of order and no weights unfortunately. Swimming pool was nice not too bad. Guests that are smoking weed drinking heavily and being loud you will get the full “Big Easy” experience at an airport hotel.
Heavy Marihuana smell outside and inside. Shuttle bus that departs in the morning only ones per hour, Pick up is through a call, which does not work with and international phone. To connect to the internet requires patience 10 to 20 minutes. But if your there it works good. Free breakfast starts at 7am which is a bit late compared to most airport hotels.
