Location close to airport
Air conditioner leak so bad the carpet was very wet and had an odor

When we were checking in Oct 11 at 6 :30 pm the lady at the front desk told us, there was no reservation in my name. I show her my reservation, and the message I had received from the hotel, she checked again, told me to call booking.com to cancel my reservation and rebook. I say I am not doing that. But I did called booking, they talked to the staff. Then she told me someone or herself had checked another guest in uesd my reservation. She did apologized, but it wasted my time, and she wasn't gonna help me at all. Very poor experience and customer service.
Our room was on the 4th floor, there molding on the bathroom ceiling and the room.
I will not stay here again.

Our room was a bit noisy and the walls were fairly thin. Had boisterous neighbors so did take awhile to fall asleep.
