the breakfast was good and the location was perfect
size and cleanliness of room
We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The location is about 10 minutes from downtown so very easy access to the Raleigh convention center. The hotel is on a quiet and safe side street. Safety is hugely important to me when traveling with just me and my daughter. Every staff member I engaged with was so friendly and helpful. My daughter actually left her portable speaker as we were rushing out early in the morning on the day of our departure and we were able to return later that day before we left town to get the speaker with no issue.
Nothing to note here. Everything about my stay was perfect. I have no notes on anything that I didn't like.
The bagel was nice and toast
I like the cleanness and quietness
I was charged a $50 fee that I’m assuming was a late check in fee
Quiet. Close to everything
It’s quiet and comfortable.
I’m a 64 year old woman, and had a room booked at this motel while on a visit to see my brother. Yes, I do smoke, by the way, but am compliant with the no smoking policy of the establishment. Long story short, I was accused of smoking in my motel room on the morning of Wednesday 12/10, based on what the housekeeper smelled outside my room. I had actually smoked outside, and when the receptionist in the lobby reminded me that if found smoking inside, I could face a fine of $300. Fair enough; I understood. A few minutes later I had gone down to the lobby to catch up on emails and to be closer to the smoking area outside, when I was approached by the alleged manager of the motel, Ms.Teddy Launier(sic spelling.) She accused me of smoking in my room-I explained to her that I had been smoking outside-and told me that I had to leave. I asked her if there were witnesses that saw me smoking in my room, any butts, any ashtrays-and there were none. Nonetheless she saw fit to expel me from the premises based on the mere suspicion that I had been smoking in the motel room that I was staying in. I gathered my belongings-I told the that this was just preposterous and wrong. All the while i maintained my composure and remained calm and obedient. I was clean, sober, and have NO criminal record whatsoever. I’m a retired RN, US Veteran and grandmother. Do NOT, I repeat do not stay at this motel. I will be coming HR of this company and lodging a formal grievance to which end I will be seeking financial compensation of a two nights stay (originally scheduled for four nights; two had already passed.) This woman is a disgrace and a danger to civil liberties and expression. A warning is legitimate, fine, but to be turfed out????? It is an outrage. Now that Xmas has passed, it’s time for me to take civil action-
Very friendly staff. Hotel has recently undergone renovations and looks fabulous; rooms clean; beds very comfortable.
The staff was the best
The food was limitied and not good even the coffee wasnt good
I like that it was near our ministry. Also alot of the reviews
I didnt like the person who were working the front desk on Saturday Dec 6, around 3pm. I did get her name however I forgot. A small gray head lady. She were talking over me and somewhat loud. That of a smart tone voice.I have a couple businesses of my own. And you always want the guests to feel very welcome. Because they are the ones that keep your doors open. I was waiting to give a review. Also the renovations need to be completed. If I knew it was still in need of repairs I wouldn't have had our guests to stay there. They were working on the hotel over at least 2yrs ago when I came. It don't speak volume for the hotel. Consumer service is everything.Thank you, Mrs Gause
**Our guests said everything was great
Need more comfortable furniture to sit on in the room. A sofa would be nice.
