Overall good. The cleaning lady very friendly and attentive
Pros:

Staff friendly, but several times we went tontee front desk and nobody was there

Returning for Christmas family event, gave several family members this location for staying. Thnx
Pros:

Breakfast was good and everything was clean.

Cons:

When housekeeping cleans the bathtub it would be helpful to give them a clipboard with a room checklist.
If they truly cleaned the bathtub they should have noticed how slow the water was leaving the tub, by the time my shower had ended there was ankle deep water. Waiting until it drained for the next person to take a shower.

Pros:

Restaurant quality breakfast!

Cons:

I would like the a walk in shower instead of one with a bath tub but that's a personal preference.

Room was big but not clean and very dated.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our show, the staff was great and breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast.
Brenda from housekeeping helped with our room problem.

Cons:

Tommy was not clean when we entered. Tabletops were dirty and sticky and sunflowers seeds on the floor. Carpet need shampooing badly and couch needs to be thrown out.
Might give it another chance if they comped our room.

Nice but dated and needing a deep clean.
Pros:

For our show at the Veterans Arena, this place was perfect. Our junior suite was spacious. Bathroom was clean but table tops had drink rings on them and were sticky, rug had not been vacuumed and was also pretty dirty and worn (needed a good shampoo). Brenda came by and spiffed everything up for us and it was fine for one night. Breakfast was decent and the lady handling it was very nice and hardworking.
Might come back if they gave us a free night, otherwise I think a pass.

Nice clean hotel. Staff was great. Location was fair. Food was available within walking distance.

Too many homeless hanging around. Was a bit concerned about security after dark.
