Shocked at the bathroom. For an expensive hotel the bathroom was terrible. Room was dusty

The location is very good - it is away from the touristy areas. The interior is industrial and eclectic and the rooms are comfortable. Our room had a great view of the harbor. Close to wonderful walking trails.
Elevator is very slow.
Fantastic location and access to some of the best restaurants in Sydney. Fascinating history from its former role as a working wharf
Car drop off is a bit limited and if not careful you will get a bit of grief from local taxi drivers
I Booked our stay as a surprise celebration for my fiancé's birthday and informed the team in advance. They kindly provided a complimentary cake for the celebration and were incredibly accommodating, which made the experience even more fantastic.
We experienced some difficulties connecting to the TVs. Although, the instructions were clear, the links were not functioning properly and the TVs were not connected to the Wi-Fi. We contacted reception for assistance but we opted for the HDMI port connection instead. Aside from this, the accommodation was an amazing experience.

It was hard to find the pool. I think the lift was broken and we accidentally walked into someone's appartment trying to find the way. There wasn't many staff around during the early afternoon to find someone to help us either
Great building with lot's of history. The breakfast was very extensive in a beautiful spot in the middel of the building.
The room was quite hot (level 5) and we could not control this well. Bathrooms have seen better days; they might need a bit of a revamp.
The location was quiet and the quay was pretty. The hotel had all the amenities expected. There are a couple of bars opposite the hotel and also a very good Italian restaurant (which also do takeaway pizza!) so we didn’t have far to go at the end of a long day sightseeing for refreshment. We only had breakfast in the hotel one morning which was a buffet style.
The amount of lighting in the bedroom was lacking so not brilliant for reading guidebooks! The tea and coffee were not automatically refilled and dirty cups and glasses were not cleaned daily (although the bedding, towels and bathroom were clean).
Great location, just next to the Botanical Gardens and short walk to Circular Quai and main Museums
Outside was untidy, and did not represent the cleanliness of the hotel. A bit noisy one night as there was a wedding happening downstairs, luckily it finished before 10PM.
Location, quirky integration of original wharf building with modern hotel. Lovely rooms and great breakfast!
