Rooms were very clean and the views were beautiful The staff member who checked us in was very nice and she was very customer focused and helpful.
The pool seemed a little moldy on the walls. Relative to staff, there was one member of the staff who wasn't really listening and really pushing to use the scan feature to register my vehicle. I advised him that I do not do those and asked for an alternate method. He still pressed for me to do the scan and had to tell him again I would not due to a previous experience elsewhere that caused a virus in my phone. He eventually took care of it but then pushed again to due the scan.

My windows were not cleaned from the outside. There was bird poop all over the windows (on the outside) so it marred my view. But I was on 12th floor so I felt there was probably not much that could be done about that.

It was a nice hotel, with beautiful views. It was clean and the room was nice to be in.
The fire warning light system and an alarm went off in the middle of the night. No communication from staff. We were up from 1am - 3am. The person at the front desk was monosyllabic, and when I asked for a later checkout because we would want more time to sleep, he just repeated, “checkout is at noon.” Luckily, another employee came up and apologized and extended our checkout. They also charge hotel guests for parking, so be ready to pay for that if you stay there.

From the time we checked in our air conditioner didn't work properly as hot as it got outside, even the lobby was hot, it makes it very difficult to breathe when it's hot outside and you can't even get the air in your room to cool down, they sent maintenance to both of our rooms several times and the air would work for a couple of hours and go right back out...
We were here on business not a pleasure trip...

The aesthetic with the fountain in front facing the mountain really shows Colorado at its best.

Shower room 421 needed three times services and we’re still not easy to use + fire alarm at 3 a.m. with no reason
Very clean and staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing. We also really enjoyed the pool and the mountain views. Everyone was very friendly as well and we will stay there again.
I honestly did not like that we had to pay for parking and there seemed to only be one entrance. We really didn't go exploring too much due to a wedding being performed there, which is fine but it was kind of crowded in the lobby.
The staff accommodated my request for an upper level room facing east.The front desk guy that checked me in was friendly and helpful
The ac wasn't working properly. We didn't know that construction was going on there.no breakfast was available.
