The room was great, and the hotel staff was very accommodating. It was close to our destination and easy to access.
The room was great, but they put us on the side of the hotel without a view of the mountains. We booked this hotel thinking we would have a great view of the mountains.

The restaurant wasn't open on a Saturday night after 10pm. We had attended a show and nothing to eat after we got back to the hotel.

The elevators kept closing too fast and people couldn’t get their stuff in and no microwaves to pop popcorn.
The location was perfect. There were trails for enjoying the beautiful nature all around and you could also walk to a movie theater, an ice arena, many restaurants and cafes, and a Dave and Busters for the gamers!

Room was clean and comfortable the hotel and surrounding area was visually appealing.
Room was canceled after I paid for it prior to check in. Front desk staff and manager on site argued with me for 15 minutes telling me that paying with my venmo card through booking.com was not a valid form of payment. Treated me very poorly and did not recieve any kind of apology for almost an hour. Made me pay an extra 100 dollars as a deposit in case I damaged the room which I was not aware of at the time I reserved my room. They have not returned my deposit. While they gave me my room and two vouchers for free breakfasts I still feel upset over how it was handled on their end. Outside of the staff that were there when I checked in it was a decent stay.
