The rooms were cozy. I like the pool towels were available after getting out of pool.
Pool was warm and not refreshing. The water slide wasn't strong enough to slide down. That the bar closed early didn't stay open at night

I live in Airbnb’s year round. Have rented out over a dozen places and have worked great with hosts. Stayed here multiple times and very sad to say it has fallen apart. I will not be returning.

We have held a family gathering a the This Westin Stonebriar in late July or Early August for 25 years...this hotel feels like home to our family!!
The hotel is using so much perfume/fragrance to cover up a poorly maintained hotel. It’s unbearable, smells like mildew right through the chemical fragrance.
Very nice hotel . Comfortable rooms, nice pool, great location . I visit Frisco a lot to visit with family and the Westin was by far the best place to stay while in Frisco .

Great customer service experience! Amber at the front desk was very kind and accommodating when needing to extend my stay. Alana was very kind and informative. Sterling at the pool was wonderful and very attentive. Overall was a great experience and I would stay here again!

If you have good beds and showers, why not coffee, the worst coffee machine that barely can dispense coffee, we had to go down to the beans restaurant each time and pay $5. I dont also understand the miniature lotion bottle, which is so small that the lotion doesnt even come out. the pool was nice the adult area, the cabana cost is way too high, the pool side bar wasn't open on a Fri night of a memorial day weekend. Too many bugs in the pool. the spill over parking is a distance since most of the nearby parking is blocked by valet parking, Didnot appreciate that, its like if you didnt pay for valet were treated like a peasant. I didnt like they didnt have a microwave in the room.
I like the overall aesthetic of the hotel. Our balcony faced the pool, hot tub and golf course which was a pretty view. We also surprisingly got to see fireworks outside our balcony. A robe and slippers were there which was nice. Parking was also super convenient. They had a live singer there for dinner that sang acoustic and played guitar.
The view wasn’t much of a golf course it was more of a view of the pool and hot tub and due to being by the hot tub and pool at times it was noisy. The tv didn’t work we had to call someone to fix it and it as mounted crooked. The pillows stunk and the coffee we made at white stuff floating in it after it was brewed. The waitresses at dinner were so rude and looked unhappy. The draft beer was flat and my second cocktail which was $15 was made awful! The food was so overpriced as well as the drinks. Restrooms were not baby friendly as there were no changing tables for my baby and toddler.
The location was perfect and the beds were extremely comfortable. I especially loved the scent of clean and fresh laundry floating through the hallway. We will definitely stay and recommend to our out of town guests.
