Very clean
It was very clean and the rooms were spacious!!
They put us in the wrong room because they said the room we booked was unavailable… so they gave us a rollaway bed instead… then we had to be THOSE PEOPLE and make multiple noise complaints because our connecting room decided to blare music and throw a party at 3am. The staff was very nice about it, but all they could do to accommodate us was put us in a different room. We were traveling with our 10yr old daughter who had to be up at 6am for a cheer competition. She was already awake because the connecting room was so loud. But it still sucked to pack everything up and move rooms at 3am.
How quiet it was,
My actual room was not fully cleaned upon arrival. Someone's hair was still in the shower and on the shower doors. Toilet seat was not cleaned.
The hotel location and staff were very nice. Kyle helped us at the golf suite and he was very professional and nice.
The hotel was very noisy. People above us and next to us were up all night and very loud. Didn't want to disturb my son who had a very early soccer game Sunday morning so I didn't call about how loud they were, but I definitely didn't get any sleep. Also Sunday morning went to grab the hanging towel after my shower and it was soooo dirty with makeup, hair and even some blood 🤢 cleaning staff needs to double check after each stay and change out all towels and bedding.
The food was great but it’ll run you 24 per person and 14 per child.
- the fridge isn’t cold
- the front desk has attitude (we told them we had purchased breakfast through Booking but they gave us 2 vouchers for 3 people per day. Then they said that Booking doesn’t notify them of this information)
- every morning the hallway stinks really bad, like a sewage pipe broke
- we paid extra for a view and we got the swimming pool and the parking lot.
- way too expensive for the experience

Old property. Bed was horrible, pillows horrible. Bedding horrible. We left at 2am and went home. It is way over priced.

This is a very nice hotel in Frisco or any other area in North Dallas. It's convenient to a lot of nice restaurants and terrific shopping. The staff is always super friendly and you can count on entertainment on the weekends.
I love the facility. They had the cutest little grinch igloo set up and we had so much fun.!
The elevators are a little bit aggressive, but that’s all we had a lovely stay
As a bonbon member I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many Marriott properties and I have to say this property will go more towards the bottom of the list. To start with the pros: the staff and service was great as well as the onsite parking for convenience. Cons: Very outdated showers, on of the things I enjoy most when staying at hotels are a nice bathroom. Unfortunately this one missed the mark quite a bit. The shower is old and dingy and to stay in a “suite” I expected it to be up to date and not run down. Hallways had a weird kind of musty scent to them as well.
I expected more from this resort based off the good reviews but this one missed the mark for me.
We had a great stay! When the lock on our original room malfunctioned, the staff immediately upgraded us to a larger suite—super accommodating and friendly. We like this hotel because they have valet AND self parking close by. The pool area looked really nice and relaxing, and the location couldn’t be better—close to everything in Frisco and Plano. Would definitely stay here again!
