Pros:

The room was incredibly spacious, everything was very clean, the tub was HUGE, and with absolutely stunning floor to ceiling windows. Genuinely so stunning, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

Nothing to note! Superb all around.

Overall, it was a good stay. We will be back!
Pros:

The restaurant staff was friendly, helpful, and gave recommendations for quick dishes as we were running a little late for a show. The rooms had comfortable beds, heavy drapes, and nice amenities. Lobby and hallways were clean.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the rooms was slightly below expectations. Dust in the corners, along baseboards, and on the lights. Additionally, we had stains on our mattresses and bedding.

Pros:

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the location had a lot to do around it.

Cons:

The hotel is like a maze, our room was pretty hard to find. There weren't enough wash clothes in the room and we had a room with a king sized bed but the room needed more seating.

Pros:

Great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Overpriced, ala carte for everything. Parking, pet fee etc. The toilet was broken and the bathroom was not cleaned well before our stay. The faucet also leaked all over the counter. It was a disappointing stay given the price of the room.

Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

the bathroom trash had someone else's trash in it, there was a glass missing and an old paper towel left, and the toilet didn't seem to have been cleaned. someone knocked on our door at 9am asking what time we would be out when checkout was at 11am. I also paid extra on booking.com for breakfast just to find out that wasn't offered.

非常に残念
Cons:

朝食込みの料金で予約をしたが朝食が付いておらず、返金対応無し。そもそも朝食プランは無い。ベッドメイキングも無し。ボトルウォーターの在庫切れで水も貰えない。タオルの交換を頼むとスタッフが居ないから自分でやるように言われた。思い出の家族旅行であったため非常に残念な滞在となり、もう利用することはありません。

Very good and very satisfied.
Pros:

We were at the Cardinals game so it was perfect! Just walk across the street!! Beds were very comfortable and shower and soaker tub were so great. Thank you!! We will definitely co wider staying here again if we go to a game.

Cons:

We couldn’t get the frig in the room to be cold and it was plugged in.
