Overpriced, ala carte for everything. Parking, pet fee etc. The toilet was broken and the bathroom was not cleaned well before our stay. The faucet also leaked all over the counter. It was a disappointing stay given the price of the room.

the bathroom trash had someone else's trash in it, there was a glass missing and an old paper towel left, and the toilet didn't seem to have been cleaned. someone knocked on our door at 9am asking what time we would be out when checkout was at 11am. I also paid extra on booking.com for breakfast just to find out that wasn't offered.
朝食込みの料金で予約をしたが朝食が付いておらず、返金対応無し。そもそも朝食プランは無い。ベッドメイキングも無し。ボトルウォーターの在庫切れで水も貰えない。タオルの交換を頼むとスタッフが居ないから自分でやるように言われた。思い出の家族旅行であったため非常に残念な滞在となり、もう利用することはありません。
We were at the Cardinals game so it was perfect! Just walk across the street!! Beds were very comfortable and shower and soaker tub were so great. Thank you!! We will definitely co wider staying here again if we go to a game.

The room was nice after they gave us the correct one. We had to switch rooms based off them not giving me what I paid for.
The staff was absolutely TERRIBLE, breakfast was gross and we didn’t even get our full order that we prepaid for, we got there to eat at 9am where we waiting for the host to seat us until 945am. We ordered our food and didn’t start to get PARTIAL ORDER until 11am. By then I’m furious and ready to go, since I watched our order sit in the window for 20 minutes and that’s with me pointing it out that it’s been sitting. I had to rush them to get my husband some fruit because his sugars were getting very low waiting almost 2 hours for our food. They said “waiting for the rest of it”. We were put in the wrong room and had to switch, and no accommodations were made AT ALL for the inconvenience. Staff was rude and didn’t care to help make our stay any better. Requesting a full refund as the front desk person who worked on Sunday 01/04 from AM shift said we can receive a full refund.
Leah at the front desk, THANK YOU. she noticed right away that i would need a bit of a room switch & if thats not a shining star in hospitality then what is! the entire staff was such a delight, from the other 2 front desk girls (thank you miss for making me a new room key!!!!) the valet, maintenance. everyone was so wonderful & i hope i need to return to St Louis in the future so i can re visit!
