Goed uitgerust voor een lange reis
Pros:

Locatie was perfect voor ons. We moesten een vroege trein hebben vanaf Rotterdam Centraal en konden letterlijk het perron zien vanuit ons hotelraam. De kamer was heel net, en de bedden sliepen geweldig.

Cons:

De ventilatie op de kamer maakte meer geluid dan ik zou willen, maar dat heeft verder onze nachtrust niet verstoord. Check in duurde wat langer dan verwacht door gedoe in het systeem, maar ook dat was eigenlijk niet noemenswaardig.

Business trip to Rotterdam
Pros:

Perfect Location, Room Condition,

Cons:

I understand him(staff jn the reception) but, he had to see the guest who is waiting for long time after asking to check-in. I waited more than 30min after asking and it was already passed 3 pm and he told me, my room is not ready. But the other staff helped me as soon as I complained.

Gute Lage lässt man sich bezahlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, fussläufig direkt an der Innenstadt. Erreichbarkeit mit ÖPNV und Auto ist prima.

Cons:

Lobby und Bar sind überschaubar.

Pros:

Ontbijt was erg goed. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie lokatie voor mijn doel.

Cons:

Kamer gedateerd. Veel geld voor een normale kamer. Douchen in een bad kan echt niet meer. Verschrikkelijk behang.

Decent hotel in great location
Pros:

Decent rooms, large and clean. Had booked 2 rooms and my son's room did not have a coffee machine. When I raised this at checkout, they only realised they should have one when they came to our room, I was told the room should not have a coffee machine even although my booking clearly stated it should. Would prefer they admitted mistake as opposed to making up excuses.
Not a big deal though we were here for the marathon and enjoyed the location of this hotel.
