Poderia ter um preço melhor para incluir café-da-manhã, por conta disso acabamos optando por não tomar café por lá (apesar de ter algumas cápsulas de café no quarto 😉)

壁が薄いのか、防音がいまいち。通常は問題ないと思いますが、たまたま隣の部屋に迷惑な客がいて、夜中にドアをノックする音で目を覚まされました。それ以外は最高です
Location is the best advantage. Room was spacious, clean and beds comfortable.
Nobody cleaned my room when I was away for the whole day. For a 5 star hotel this is a big issue.
Moreover, I would expect a more personal folllow-up of the people suggesting me their Michelin restaurant or other things to do around, especially when you arrive the weekend of King's day.

Helemaal niks
Het was niet duidelijk waar de parkeer garage van het hotel zelf is!! Dus moeste voor 2 dagen meer dan 120euro voor parkeren betalen terwijl het inc hotel was in begrepen onduidelijke uitleg heeft mij meer gekost! Mensen die daar werken moeten goed aangepakt worden ik kan zelf geen engels praten of begrijpen maar hun kunnen geen nederlands praten ook niet begrijpen zocht een tolk tenminste die wel mij kon helpen comminiceren niemand kon nederlands terwijl het nederland bekendste hotel en dure hotel was!! Personelen moeten goed aangepakt worden kwa vriendelijk uitstraling en niet slapend of zinloos of racistish naar mensen toe kijken en praten ik ben zelf turks werd ook zo vies naar me aangekeken zo van ouw kun je wel betalen voor deze hotel of hun koningrijk zijn ik een zwerver NIET NORMAAL!!!!!! Er is ook niks uitgelegt hoe je naar parkeer plek kon gaan dus ging 2 dagen lang met me kapotte been moeten elkekeer om lopen door de gebouwen buiten en het hotel terwijl ik laats zelf achter kwam dat er in het hotel zelf een lift naar parkeer plaats was erg stom!!!!!
Ik ga dit hotel nooit echt nooit advisieren naar andere mensen
The service at reception is exceptional.
Ons verblijf was uitstekend. Het hotel maakte vanaf het begin een heel verzorgde en professionele indruk. De kamer was uitzonderlijk proper en duidelijk goed onderhouden. Alles verliep vlot, zonder één enkel minpunt. We voelden ons welkom en hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf. Zeker een aanrader voor wie comfort en kwaliteit belangrijk vindt.

They are asked money for security. This was in poor taste, they should have been upfront during booking.
The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff was gracious. Excellent dinner in the lobby restaurant. Super convenient location. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Rotterdam.
