Toop location - disappointing food
Pros:

The location is perfect next to the main station
The gym is well equipped
The building looks nice, generous rooms

Cons:

But all types of food are very disappointing (breakfast buffet/ breakfast menues/ bar restaurant/ snack automat) all was tasteless, dry old bread, lack of any spices, dry over cooked chicken and the coffee at breakfast was just disgusting. 3 nights/ 4 days and I didn’t enjoy a single meal.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location next to the main Central station.
Pros:

The large room was spotless and the hotel well located. Beds very comfortable.

Breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and attentive staff.

Cons:

We weren't able to increase the room temperature despite making several adjustments to the thermostat. However, it wasn't a major issue.

Vielleicht hatten wir einfach pech. Für dieses 5 Sterne Hotel stimmt die Preis-Leistung nicht.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Morgenessen gut. Sehr gute Eierspeisen die zusätzlich bestellt werden können und im Preis inbegriffen sind.

Cons:

Warum auch immer konnten wir unser Zimmer erst um 17:00 Uhr beziehen (Checkin normalerweise 15:00 Uhr). Über die ganze Zeit immer wieder vertröstet noch 5 Min, noch 10 Min, noch 2 Min, noch 15 Min u.s.w. Das ist genau das was man nach einer langen Anreise nicht auch noch braucht.
Abflüsse in Lavabo und Dusche laufen schlecht ab. Ungenügende Reinigung!
Nach dem zweiten Tag kein Wasser mehr aufgefüllt.
Obwohl zu zweit im Zimmer gebucht nur ein Badmantel vorhanden.

Nous avons adoré la vue sur Rotterdam.
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait, face à la gare et proche de tous commerces. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés car notre chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée. Nous étions au 11 ème étage avec une superbe vue sur Rotterdam.

Cons:

Nous sommes restés deux nuits donc aucun ménage de fait, l'excuse que l'on m'a donné à la réception est que l'hôtel est grand et ils privilégient les chambres à réatribuer. Je rappelle que nous sommes dans un 5 étoiles.
Nous avons pris un cocktail au bar, c'est un jeune homme inexpérimenté qui nous a préparé nos boissons et il n'avait pas de jus de coco pour ma Pinacolada et il la remplacé par du lait du coco, horrible !! mais comme je ne parle pas l'anglais il a été difficile de lui expliquer son erreur. Nos deux cocktails 31€ dont un imbuvable.
Puis nous avons eu une panne d'ascenseur qui a duré une heure environs vers 19h ce qui nous a contraint à rester dans notre chambre sans un appel de la récèption pour nous rassurer, nous étions au 11ème étage facile à descendre mais impossible à remonter à pieds pour mon état physique, nous devions toutes les dix minutes appuyer sur les boutons d'assenceurs.
Parking non compris dans le prix 31€ par nuit en plus.
Donc mon avis est partagé.
