Tramway is a bit noisy if your room is on the avenue.

Voor een dergelijk hotel, luxe en 5 sterren, verwacht je niet dat je staande in bad voor een douchegordijntje moet douchen..
La chambre était annoncée pour. 30 m2 alors qu'elle est en fait à peine 20 m2, donc ce n'est pas correct
les plus : L'emplacement : très bien situé, parking payant proche, hôtel face à la gare pour ceux qui cherchent un hôtel proche de la gare. Les moins: hôtel très cher pour le prix payé , car la chambre fait plutôt 20 m2 que 30, pas insonorisé correctement (on entend le tram), salle du petit-déjeuner magnifique, mais buffet du petit-déjeuner sans intérêt, les serveurs se trompent sur les boissons (2x fois) , sauf les plats commandés, autant aller à l'extérieur de l'hôtel et payer moitié prix pour un brunch. Bref nous ne reviendrons pas

We didn’t have the breakfast. We have stayed here many times because our son lives in Rotterdam. It’s an excellent hotel. The rooms are nice (especially if you get one on a higher floor) and the staff are always friendly
The duvet was tucked in so tightly so that even I at 5’4” struggled to pull it over my shoulders. Also the towels are a bit small although this seems to be standard for the Netherlands.
Odlična lokacija, jako ljubazno osoblje i čisto i udobno. Soba je bila super s pogledom i sve ima što je potrebno (i peglu, stol za peglanje, kafe aparat).
Nema spa ni bazen. Teretana je manja.
Great location in the city and super close to the station which is great for making a quick exit in the morning. The rooms are very very spacious and the beds are comfortable
Unfortunately the check in process was all over the place, we were standing there for 10 minutes before we could check in and there was only one person in front of us. I guess the situation was complicated but with two staff just standing there I feel like it could have gone quicker.

Rooms facing the tram tracks are noisy( mine) and don't get quiet till after midnight. Better double glazing would help

The staff were friendly and attentive and went out there way to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. We had a choice of both buffet and menu options at breakfast, rooms were spacious and comfortable and the location of the hotel was ideal mins away from Central station
