The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:00 and 19:30 to 22:00, Monday to Friday.

The fitness center is open from 6:30 to 22:00 every day.

Although we were surprised with the service regarding the coffee capsules and the towel heater issue- it was a very nice
Pros:

We liked that it was close to the park and in a quite residential neighborhood. The rooms are very specious and well designed and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is very convenient and the room has everything needed. We didn’t take the breakfast but the restaurant area looked nice

Cons:

I didn’t like that they didn’t refill the coffee capsules in the kitchen after cleaning the room and seeing we didn’t have any left. We had to call every day and ask for more coffee capsules which isn’t aligned with the kind of service expected. Of course they were provided but it’s an unnecessary request. Also our towel heater didn’t work and we asked for help with it, we were told someone would come to check and we could tell someone tried to fix it when we were out of the room. But it wasn’t actually fixed and no one updated us on the status. We asked again the next day and a nice guy came over and figured the main power switch in the closet was off and sorted it quickly..but we didn’t expect to have to ask again.

Excellent séjour en famille,
Pros:

Le personnel très sympathique, on se bien dans cette hôtel un peu comme à la maison. On a passé un très bon week-end en famille, l hôtel est calme bien situé juste en face du parc de la tête d’or . Le petit déjeuner très bon et le personnel est aux petits soins

Deuxième séjour dans cet hotel
Pros:

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel pour nous, et toujours aussi satisfaits. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, nous adorons l’emplacement, les chambres sont silencieuses et très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment parfait, et ce n’est pas peu dire !
Le parking est un peu étroit, mais il reste très appréciable. Le personnel est également très agréable et accueillant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus plaisant.
Il est vrai qu’il faut marcher un peu si l’on souhaite tout faire à pied, mais cela ne nous dérange pas du tout lorsque nous sommes en vacances.

Cons:

La partie cuisine de notre chambre pourrait être améliorée : il manquait vraiment une ou deux chaises autour de la table ainsi qu’un rideau, ce qui aurait été appréciable. L’éponge fournie n’était pas propre et le liquide vaisselle était jaune alors que le flacon était celui du liquide vaisselle parfum amande de L’Arbre Vert (qui n’est normalement pas jaune). J’ai trouvé dommage que le flacon soit rempli avec un autre produit.
Par ailleurs, il était impossible de modifier la température de la chambre, bloquée à 25,5 °C, ce qui est beaucoup trop chaud pour dormir avec une couette.
Malgré ces quelques bémols, nous reviendrons tout de même car nous adorons cet hôtel.
