My stay wasn't all that good but it was to late for me to find something else then we checked in lat
Pros:

I didn't eat the breakfast I thought it would be a fill course breakfast but it wasn't.

Cons:

Everything could've been more cleaner the sheets were dirty and the room had a bad smell when we entered I had to buy air freshener and spray to sanitize the room that wasn't good it literally pissed me off.

It was definitely worth the price, spacious, clean, staff was amazing and very helpful!!
Pros:

The room was very spacious. We were here for 3 days and 2 nights for my daughter’s basic training graduation from Fort Jackson. The staff was amazing especially Ms. Amanda, she was there when we checked in late at night, we drove from Wisconsin, she was the sweetest and very helpful the days we were here.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I can think of that we had any issues with.

There is some room to improve on services for the residents.
Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that you can not make room to room calls after 9 pm till 9 am. That’s makes no sense. I needed to contact someone at 5:30 am and had to leave my room to communicate with them instead of being able to calm the room from my room. Residents should be able to call other rooms.

I will choose not to stay there the next 3 times I have to come to Chapin.

Breakfast was okay. We were not there long enough to notice too many positives

Cons:

It took a very long time to check in. No one was at the desk and it took them a long time to find our information and check us in. It felt as if they did not know what they were doing. The doorbell to enter was not working so we waited outside for 20ish minutes after a long day of travel and with two young kids. Very disappointing. WiFi password would not work

Overall it's a good decent stay
Pros:

Was able to get a room on short notice and value price

Cons:

No signage showing where the lobby was and in the morning not in crew was cutting trees and grass and blowing it all over the vehicles
