Overpriced tourist-trap not worth the visit
Cons:

Pretty good
Pros:

Was great
Service was good

Cons:

I’d personally like to see more aboriginal people working there.

No one helped my 80 year old grandparents with 2 heavy bags to their room ages away.

Tho there was a great aboriginal guy that did help them when leaving .
He was very friendly

Gute Mittelklasse Option
Pros:

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, prima bed.

Cons:

Overall we have a great stay in this hotel and will recommend it to others.😋
Pros:

What I really like about this property is during pick up and drop off for any tours this hotel is always the first stop.😊 Beds are comfy and spacious.

Cons:

The pool is not heated so we can’t use it during winter.

Understand you are paying for a remote area however definitely not worth the money!
Pros:

The location is great, the academy cafe in town is amazing.

Cons:

Dirty walls, dirty toilet, dirty bin, holes in wall that have been filled in badly. Ceiling had a leak at some point and paint flaking off. Bed soft, air con noisy. Front door had a large crack in the wood, balcony furniture is falling apart and sticks into your legs. The smell of sewage from the bathroom drains is disgusting and fills the room with the stench!

Comfy and convenient
Pros:

Lovely, comfortable, and convenient.

Cons:

The pool is not heated in winter. The kids would have loved a swim but the water was too cold (even for them!)

Overpriced hotel with minimal amenities. The nature is astounding, but the tourist activities are hard to book and medio
Pros:

The rooms are fairly good, and the porch is very nice. The staff is friendly, if a bit overwhelmed when checking in bus loads of guests. The nature is astounding.

Cons:

This was the most expensive hotel by far for our trip to Australia, and is not a good value. The HVAC is not very adjustable, and the maintenance staff does not know how to operate it. We eventually determined which of the mysterious buttons meant Max AC, Max Heat, and Automatic for a temp that was not adjustable. The WiFi was generally not connected to any internet. There is no desk in the room. The activities sell out well before guest arrival, and the self-guided activities are not well supported. Paying over a $100 to visit Uluru (the big rock) on your own is one thing, but to not even have access to a paper map seems unreasonable.
