Pros:

Food was good

Cons:

Despite booking nearly a year ahead we were given a room as far away as possible from the front.
The air con was so noisy we turned it off to get some sleep.
The room was very overpriced, it was a basic motel quality room at 5 star priced

Handy to everything, great bus service that is free

Enjoyable stay, warm and friendly team and a resort with great facilities.
Pros:

Great location, clean and well presented room (desert view) with everything that you need. Frendly reception team. The Mangata Bistro and Bar was great, good service even when busy and the food was delicious as well as reasonably priced. Close to all of the local facilities - easy walking distance even though there was a shuttle bus also available. Easy to walk to different lookout points to walk to and see Uluru from a distance. Great tours and easy pick ups.

Cons:

On one morning we were woken up at 8am by Housekeeping to service the room. We completely appreciate that many people go out to see sunrise and leave at 6am so the rooms would be free for a service. The check in materials had advised most rooms are sreviced between 2-3pm so we didn't think we would need to put the DND on the door. The mattresses were on the softer side so when my partner turned over I was nearly bounced out of bed.

Great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Within the resort all accomodation is well located including Desert Gardens. The main thing that was a point of difference was the service from the staff. They were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful!
Pros:

It was absolutly fantastic to get this level of sevice in the midle of decert. Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained by the housekeeping staff. Every service was delivered with warmth and efficiency, and the onsite entertainment kept us thoroughly engaged throughout our visit.The food was good, looking just as vibrant and appetizing as it tasted

Staff did not know who we were , took 10 minutes to find us

No help with bags , money was taken from account day after booking months in advance and then could not find us in system took 10 to find us , very expensive for 1 night and no service at all
