I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The location was perfect, being right across the road from Central Station and a short walk to Queen St mall. There was a Woolworths just downstairs and plenty of food and drink options nearby. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

フロントでチェックインなどを担当してくださった女性スタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応してくださり、滞在中安心して過ごすことが出来ました。滞在中に困ったことがありご相談したところ、ご親切に対応してくださり心から感謝しております。どうもありがとうございました。
立地が最高によくて、本当に良いホテルで満足でした！

Cons:

3泊したのですが、2泊目の室内清掃が忘れられおり、タオルの枚数などが足りていて夜遅い時間だったのでフロントにはご連絡しませんでしたが、清掃スタッフにはきちんとチェックしていただきたかったです。

Pros:

The location was exceptional directly across the road from central station, walking distance to the city river botannical Gardens & cultural centre. The staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
