Hotel is beautiful and clean

The oceanview and hotel bar Sergio (checo) amde it an exceptional experience.

Cons:

I did not like that the pool bar closes at 6:00pm and that the hotel bar is extremely far from the pool. Also, bartender at the pool need more training in how to prepare drinks and improve customer service. I experience a few of the pool bar staff rude and the bar pool area was often dirty. For example, a few of the of the pool bar staff never acknowledge me while waiting to order my drinks. Once I requested for a drink he said they did not carry the specific drink I asked for, but then my husband without knowing I had requested the exact same drink to tee same worker he prepared his drink. Once my husband tried the drink it6 tasted awful, I am not sure why would the same worker tell me they don't carry that drink but then say yes to my husband and make it wrong.

Lo unico que agregaria serian mas camastros en la playa y una alberca adicional, en temporada alta es dificil encontrar lugar para poner tus cosas.

Grand Isla!
Pros:

Stayed here a weekend with my wife and two girls. We had a blast! The pools are awesome, the kids loved it, the food was great. We had to take a boat taxi to the other side of the lagoon to get to Barra and that was a cool experience. Wonderful small village with shops and restaurants. Great little surf beach there as well. Highly recommended!

Variedad de piscinas para los niños, bonita vista, comida muy buena, lo que mas gusto fue la atencion del personal de 10

Cons:

No es que sea sucio el hotel, solo son instalaciones viejas, a lo mejor con una renovacion de mobiliario pero respetando el estilo quedaria genial.

Although an older property, it's still a great value and staff are fantastic.
Pros:

Our room was spacious and had a great balcony, which we used to dry out our clothes from playing tennis on the three courts.

Cons:

I hate to mention it, but the pool sides probably could stand more cleaning. The temperature was great and we enjoyed using the pool and slides.
