Pros:

Variedad de piscinas para los niños, bonita vista, comida muy buena, lo que mas gusto fue la atencion del personal de 10

Cons:

No es que sea sucio el hotel, solo son instalaciones viejas, a lo mejor con una renovacion de mobiliario pero respetando el estilo quedaria genial.

Although an older property, it's still a great value and staff are fantastic.
Pros:

Our room was spacious and had a great balcony, which we used to dry out our clothes from playing tennis on the three courts.

Cons:

I hate to mention it, but the pool sides probably could stand more cleaning. The temperature was great and we enjoyed using the pool and slides.

Descanso y comfort
Pros:

La comida muy buena, los servicios en la habitación de primera.
La vista desde la habitacion muy agradable.

Cons:

Todo bien.
El personal de meseros muy entretenidos en dejar listo el servicio para el siguiente turno y descuidan la atención al comensal. Ese sonido de trastos por mas de una hora cada dia.

me encanto la comida, el personal es extremadamente atento, el area de albercas esta super padre y familiar, eso me gusto mucho, la playa tambien me encanto, la comida super super deliciosa.

Cons:

siento que les falta fumigación, se nos metieron por la noche unas chinches de las negras que parecen cucarachas al cuarto, muy atentos nos cambiaron de cuarto pero ya no tuvimos ni frigobar y las lamparas las tuviero que ir arreglar porque no prendian, creo pudieron revisar alntes de entregarlo, el primer dia que llegamos la habitacion nos la entregaron hasta las 4 pm cuando debio ser 3pm, el problema del que se le de mantenimiento al hotel es cuando ya llegas a tu habitacion se ven paredes humedas agua callendo hasta con lama, mucas chinches chiquitas pero por el habitad pero si fumigaran no pasara esto yo he ido a hoteles pero de boscosos y super fumigados, el hotel ya de cerca se ve que esta muy viejito si le dieran mantenimiento no pasara esto y fumigacion, me poesa no volver pero la verdad muy dificil volveria.

Si quieres relajarte del estress de la ciudad el Hotel isla navidad es el indicado.
Pros:

La habitación fue muy cómoda limpia y el silencio nos agrado
En la regadera hay suficiente presión y sale bien caliente el agua . Excelente!
Sin embargo la tina en el baño estaba con moho y el agua salio miy sucia.
No pudimos usarla y tampoco abrir para q se tirara el agua. (Habitación 807)
Ya que fuimos a descansar, las áreas verdes dan mucha calidez y relajación en el hotel.
Los jardines estan muy bien cuidados y muy limpio las áreas comunes y playa.
Las amacas son lo mejor para relajar.
La playa nos tocó el agua un tanto sucia. Debido a la misma naturaleza haciendo su función. Y eso hizo q no pudiéramos entrar al mar.
En el bufete de alimentos es poca comida y poca variedad la que ponen y observamos qué pronto se terminaban los platillos y ya no surten de nuevo.
En el sabor le ponemos satisfechos.
En especial nos encanto y le damos un cien es el restaurante Antonios la comida excelente, los anfitriones muy amables y atentos pasamos una velada calida e increíble. Hermosos los detalles vela rosa copas excelente!!
Nos gustó mucho el poder cruzar al pueblo en las lanchas . Es una bonita experiencia.
Nos encanto los músicos. Son fabulosos nuestras felicitaciones cantan hermoso!!!

Cons:

Los elevadores fue lo que nos incomodo y frusto, porque hay varios sin embargo todos llegan a diferentes pisos. O no funcionan. Y si es la primera vez q vas a ese hotel parace un laberinto tanto para encontrar el elevador indicado como para buscar cual te lleva a tu piso, al lobby, a las albercas etc tal fue nuestro caso.
Y al llegar no te explican que se deben usar varios elevadores .
Al final te acostumbras y seguro la próxima visita nos hira mejor en cuanto a esto.
Ya q no nos implica el no poder regresar por esto.
