Small luxury hotel with historical feel
Pros:

Beautiful historical decor, great size room and very comfortable. Also lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Certain areas felt like needed a renovation like the bathrooms and hallways eg lights kept flickering in hallway.

Absolutely outstanding hotel in Riga
Pros:

Immediate service on checkin & help with our luggage & car parking by Elvis. Totally appreciated. Location, style, staff, breakfast, service at breakfast all exceeded expectations. This is a first class hotel.

Within walking distance of important sites. The desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons:

The breakfast room needs a bit of professionalism injected into the staff. Having the eggs Benedict being served while still eating the granola is just not done. Also, the table is set with the tea/coffee cups in place and then taken away at the same time as the tea/coffee is served in different cups. All the time, Misha, the parrot has to watch this exhibition while stuck in a cage.
The bath is very difficult to get in and out of as you must get into the bath to have a shower.
Finally, the bar only has 2 types of beers available.
Not good enough for a 5 star hotel.

Eindeutig die zentrale Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig! Wunderschönes altes Gebäude- sehr schön modernisiert!!! Aufmerksames Personal, sehr freundlich!!!
Besonders Margarita hat uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht!!!
