I never got her name but the lady at the front desk was soo friendly and welcoming

Cons:

I was on the 3rd floor and the floors in the hall i feel like i was going to fall through.. it was soo uneven and i was feeling it move like it bad need to be fix and updated not safe

No one came to clear our room duringing our 3 day stay. Called desk to have someone come but never
Pros:

Breakfast was ok but set up is horrible. Line gets backup up from people making waffles and line extends back too far and slows down the line for everything else.

Cons:

Only one person on staff for guest services. We didn't have towels and when called to get more we were told we have to come down to get them.. Also, room was never cleaned during our 3 day stay. We left from 9 am to 3 pm and then again from 5 to 11 and room was not cleaned. Also, you could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom., very strong odor.
