Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Made you feel at home.

Cons:

The heat was not on in the room's so it was very cold when arriving. I wish they had cut on the heat.Knowing that they had someone coming into the room.

Pros:

The bed was comfy and enough pillows. The breakfast had good choices. If your like me definitely hot sauce on the eggs. Staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The pullout bed wasn't comfortable at all & needs an update. The lighting was a bit dim by the mirror.

It was a nice stay. With some minor changes/upgrades this hotel could be 10/10.
Pros:

Every single member of the staff I had contact with was extremely polite and welcoming. I liked the location of the hotel as I was in town for a family event and it easily reachable. The breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Cons:

The thermostat in my room always got an error. It turned on and was set to desired temperature and within minutes, error! I did not get to use the heat or ac. It was chilly at night/morning. Warm in the afternoon. I was mostly out of the room and did not have time to report it and wait for a fix. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable! You felt every spring! I'm of average size and the towels barely wrapped around my body.

Great property
Pros:

This was my 2nd time here, breakfast needs more options. The staff is very friendly especially the ladies in the breakfast area in the mornings. Parking is free
