Pros:

Location, dinning options, warm & friendly staff. From housekeeping, lady in-charge of breakfast, and off course Ms. Rosa & Ms. Cassandra was very accommodating! Just a design flaw with the closet in my room. Decent breakfast as well!

Pros:

We liked the friendliness of the staff upon checking in and out. Always asking if there's anything we need during our stay, just ask. The room was very nice.

Cons:

The bed was a little stiff, but beyond that, we liked everything about our stay and will be staying there again later this year when attending events in the area.

Adequate but could use some improvements
Pros:

Space was adequate. Check in and out was great.

Cons:

The pullout couch bed was terrible and always in the way for the door. Tight spots around beds, and unable to open/close closet. Pool was cold and pool room was chilly. Breakfast was subpar.

Updated, lobby beautiful and clean updated rm. And the complimentary breakfast

Cons:

The warm fresh waffles for breakfast. You guys took away the waffle maker this was one of the things my kids loved the last time we stayed her about 1 or 2 yrs ago
