The place is nice but not for family vacation
Pros:

I love the location, the staff and the breakfast! It’s close for everything!

Cons:

I don’t like the swimming pool! It was so cold and we got all sick because of the water is not even room temperature.Swimming pool must be heated so that the family with kids can enjoy the vacation. Not for family place only for the single person or business trip!

Pros:

Rooms were clean

Cons:

The hot tub was just luke warm, and the indoor pool was like an ice box. Also, I had trouble checking in because they had a new system. Staff was not trained properly, and there was no management on site. They had to text or call for codes to get in the system. The continental breakfast was cold. Eggs were runny, and sausage looked not cooked right and was cold.

The bed and sofa in the room were both uncomfortable. Some maintenance was being performed on the main level that was unsightly.

Buen trato del personal, buena ubicación y desayuno aceptable.

Cons:

El ala donde estabamos ubicados olía mucho a cigarro.
Algunas habitaciones estaban en remodelación por lo que la presentación no era la mejor en esa parte, pero es comprensible.
