Amazing and quiet. Slept great.

The function of the room, trundle bed is so much better than a sleeper couch, very comfortable and roomy. Fantastic mattress!!

Slippery when wet ... Tumble then fall

Cons:

Slipping and falling on a wet floor that wasn't labeled with a wet floor sign directly outside of the elevator. The water was from the pool door that was located a few feet from the elevator. The day shift was extremely understaffed to accommodate the amount of rooms that were booked.

Pros:

It was clean and close to town.

Cons:

Bed was located right next to the a/c unit and there wasn’t a way to adjust the vents. So two mornings straight I woke up congested and had a sore throat. Still feeling off even though I’m home now. Why would you have the unit right next to the bed? Especially since you can’t adjust the fins. Grrrr

Good location, comfy beds! -probably would come back.
Pros:

Location was great.Breakfast Items could use more healthy choices. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Salty and artificial tasting eggs. Paper, thin, sliced ham very low quality.

Fire, fire, fire 🔥
Pros:

The proximity to the park. The place was clean and the room was comfortable.

Cons:

We experienced a faulty fire alarm system which sent us running into the parking lot at 2am along with everybody else. There was no information or instructions given. We had to stay in our car for over an hour until it was safe to return inside. Upon check out, we're told that a discount was going to be credited to us for the inconvenience which was never received.

Great hotel for the value. I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The pool being open late was great! I felt it was clean and welcoming. Staff was very nice. I would stay again.

Cons:

The pool area was sloppy. I had a room for 6 people and only four towels and 1 sheet for the trundle.

מקום נעים ומסודר חדרים גדולים ונעימים קרוב מאד לפארק הרשי ולסופר גדול. יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש לשימוש האורחים. ארוחת בוקר אמריקאית כלולה. יש בריכה קטנה וחדר כושר

The breakfast was very good. The kitchen staff worked steadily to see that the food stations were well supplied and the quality of the food was better than expected.

Cons:

When we arrived, we learned that Booking.com had not connected with Springhill re: our reservation, thus we had no room. Employees, Austin and Jodi, worked diligently to resolve the problem and make sure we had good accommodations. We were very grateful.

Not a lot of non fast food restaurants that’s near. I was surprised that there wasn’t a Walmart/Target nearby
Bed was soft and could feel my husband toss and turn and woke me up each time. Better coffee and could use flavored creamer such as Hazelnut :(
