Location is very convenient to Hershey Park and easy to get to from the interstate.

Cons:

Hotel is badly in need of refurbishment and in my opinion could use a thorough cleaning inside. I have stayed at this location previously and it was in much better condition than currently. Excessive road noise from the adjacent highway made it difficult to get a good night's rest. Heat/AC controls did not work properly and I could not adjust the room conditions.

Lovely! I would definitely stay here again if visiting the park.
Pros:

I loved the location - very close to Hershey Park. Exceptional breakfast. The front desk was kind enough to check me in 1/2 hour early. The hotel was also extremely quiet. The beds were comfortable.

Great location and value with a little bit of a smell.

We loved the trundle bed. It gave the kids a feeling of having their own bed.

They did not have our second reservation on their books I had two rooms one was a king suite with a trundle the second room was a two queen bed suite with a trundle they did not have in their books through Booking.com I had paid for the two queens so they were booked Sunday when we got there so they put me in my grandkids all my grandkids in one room with just a King and a trundle bed on Monday they did get us a room with two queens and exchanged out I feel as an inconvenience to me and also the King suite with a trundle end up being in the handicap room and it was a lower bed and it was just a full-size fed I paid for a king I feel I should be in reimbursed for some of the money I lost an inconvenience from switching rooms I’m thinking about not going through Booking.com because I’m not sure who made the mistake it was on your end or the hotels in

I booked two rooms one was supposed to be a king suite with a trundle bed the other room was a two queen’s suite with a trundle bed they could not find my second room with the two queens had to stay in a king suite with all my grandkids for one night which was Friday night Saturday he got me in a tooth queen suite finally I left on Tuesday the king suite that they did have on record was just a full bed not a key I had nothing taking off for anything that was inconvenience to me I’m thinking about dropping Booking.com because I don’t know it was on your end that they didn’t get the other room cause I paid for both of them already through your app or the hotel overbooked and didn’t put ours down
