Buen precio y ubicación
Pros:

Buen trato del personal, buena ubicación y desayuno aceptable.

Cons:

El ala donde estabamos ubicados olía mucho a cigarro.
Algunas habitaciones estaban en remodelación por lo que la presentación no era la mejor en esa parte, pero es comprensible.

Overall very nice hotel
Pros:

Rooms were clean and of a nice size. Towels were fresh and the shower spotless.

Cons:

Hot tub was down all Saturday afternoon with staffing saying it would be 15 min and then later saying it won't be open until that evening. Key cards stopped working at 940ish for the rooms on our checkout day (both of them), so we had to go to the desk to get them activated just to remove our belongings.

Great property & staff. We will return
Pros:

Very close to all the Hershey attractions
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were pretty large with convenient kitchenette, sofa area

Cons:

It is under renovations and since we were there on a holiday, it did not affect us, but I would imagine it might not be convenient noise wise if the workers were there

We’re really excited to use the pool area but the pool felt like an ice bath. My family was unable to use it to do how cold it was.

A great time with my family at a nice facility.
Pros:

The staff, especially the morning breakfast attendant on December 23rd, was so kind and thoughtful. I wish I got her name. She gave my kids coloring pages and stickers.

Cons:

The shower had little pressure.
