Still was fun, comfortable, friendly
Pros:

The front desk staff was amazing, great communication, greets guest, just wish we knew the jacazzi wasnt working before we actually paid.

Cons:

The jacazzi wasn't working and we wasn't informed until after we paid. Also for a suite it's really small, we had to keep asking for washclothes and towels and I put how many guest just for that reason, so we don't have to keep asking.

Pros:

O hotel tem um café muito bom. O chuveiro e uma maravilha. Perto de vários restaurantes e de fácil acesso.

Cons:

O quarto não cheirava bem. Parecia com cheiro de mofo. O carpete estava muito sujo. A minha esposa encontrou resto de comida embaixo da cama e o banheiro não foi bem limpo pois assim que entrei encontrei alguns fios de cabelos no chão do mesmo. O ar condicionado funcionou muito bem, entretanto estava fazendo um barulho enorme do qual tive que tentar ajeitar colocando algo para parar. No momento da reserva não encontrei em nenhum local que teria que pagar a mais pelo o meu cachorro. A opção da escolha deste hotel foi por ser pet friendly.

Pros:

Breakfast was standard Marriot fare, OK and well stocked. Desk attendants were friendly, but had to deal with issues that were not prepared to (plumbing issues, vagrants in the lobby...)

Cons:

Cleanliness, dated, sofa was disgusting, plumbing issues (toilet clogged and overflowed). room furniture was broken and very dirty (every shelf in fridge broken, faucet loose, no ice bucket or glasses, coffee maker broken...)

Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. In a comfortable area of town with plenty of shopping places including grocery stores for snacks, etc. Breakfast was also nice and check out was simple and fast!
